33yo, 6'0, 210lb (morning weight, fasted). My inbody scan shows me at about 10-11% bf currently.
Trying to get to about 220lb but lean enough like 7-8% body fat.
When I did my blood work (just on my current stack) I saw this:
Test = 1202 H (range = 250-827 ng/DL) and Estradiol = 50H (range = <= 39 pg/ML)
I'm thinking the following cycle:
Lantus, 5iu a day for 1 week, then increase till I get to 15iu a day. Take this in the morning with TUDCA. I've never done lantus before.
HGH 4iu pharma brand in the evening before bed. Been on this for ~4 months now. Strength and sleep is good, but not much else, hence trying lantus with this.
500mg test E a week, split into 2 doses, before bed. Showing up in my blood work so is legit. I have a naturally low test hence staying on this.
Things to add (steroids):
80mg turinabol a day on training days, 40mg on non-training days.
OR / AND
I'm debating if I should add tren E (200mg a week) or tren E and mast mix (200mg a week of each).
The only concern with mast is I use minoxdil/finestaride hair spray as I experience hair loss and don't want to have hair loss. But the sexual benefits of mast seem good.
Things to add (AI):
I currently take 1/2 tamoxifen tablet when I jab the test. I also take 1000iu HCG a week (split into 500iu 2x a week) to keep my balls and everything healthy.
I noticed when I was taking Arimidex (1 tablet a day) that my strength went down in the gym (not in my mind, I record the weights) so I stopped that.
I started 1 proviron per day in the morning and I definitely look tighter but not sure its helping otherwise.
I have to take tamoxifen or something because if I take only test then my nipples will get hardness under it. Tamoxifen keeps this away.
I do get mild lethargy in the morning and my libido seems rather low / as does my semen volume, so I am wondering if I need to add clomid or something more regularly to get that back up.
I train 4x a week (chest, back, arms/shoulders, legs). I eat clean and above maintenance of 2.3k cals.
