Cycle Input

So after more thought... I thought flipping the schedule around was more effective. All dosages stayed the same. Except I'm moving Provi and Eca stack to run with the Anavar last half of the cycle complimented with some Arimidex because it will produce the best results together. The only thing I'm adding (possibly) would be the Mast at a fair dosage for the first 10 weeks for the benefits it would bring to the table. But I would stop as soon as I start the 10th week part of the cycle.

Week 1-9
Mast E 200mg twice a week

Week 1-16
Primobolan E. 300mg twice a week
Test E 250mg twice a week

Week 10-18
Proviron 50mg daily
Arimidex 0.5mg E3D
ECA Stack (25/300/162) split daily
Anavar 50mg daily first week, 80mg daily the rest

PCT
Nolvadex 20mg twice daily for 45 days
Clomid 50mg twice daily 30 days
HCG 2000iu eod for 20 days

Now that you have the least important part out of the way, tell us what you are going to eat and drink starting today. Like this:

Meal 1: 8 eggs, 1/2 cup Quaker Old Fashioned Oats

Meal 2: 10 ounces Tilapia grilled, 1 cup jasmine rice, 2 cups spinach wilted

Meal 3: . . . you get the idea

You should really get your diet going before you hop on the cycle. That way you will see progress before you even start.

That's a great topic.

My wife and I actually own a restaurant and can cook all types of things. A lot of different things will be eaten. My next question was going to be what macros everyone would recommend to stay within for the first 10 weeks and then the next next week's. I can make a meal that would satisfy any calorie, protein at, carb, fiber, etc. required.

What do you recommend in terms of Macros per day and what meals or how many that should be divided by. Should I load up on some big meals on my off day? A recommended meal plan would be super appreciated. My sister is a nutritionist, trainer, doctor and chef. But if she found out i was doing steroids she would murder me lmao. I could ask her for one of many of her meal plans but she would ask me to be specific, and those specifics are what I'm not sure just yet based on this cycle.

Calculate your TDEE (total daily energy expenditure) and then adjust as needed up or down. There is no one size fits all as metabolism changes with age and other factors.
As far as food I keep it simple and eat the same things consistently. That way I dont have to count calories every damn day.

And i know you're going to run a cycle no matter what anyone says. But I agree with what Test_Subject said in regards to cutting first naturally then starting your cycle. The final result will be much greater and more beneficial then starting when you're over 25% BF. its not healthy or advisable to run a cycle when you have high levels of bodyfat.

Build some muscle endurance, slowly get your numbers up on the weights. Get your BF down around 12-15% and your body will be primed and ready to take it to the next level. YMMV. Good luck man.

I say run the mast. It’s one of my personal favorites.

On the subject of food, it’s like everything else in bodybuilding, person dependent. For myself, when losing weight I just keep it simple. I cut the calories and eat really simple foods. Avocados, eggs, rice, beef patties, sometimes I just eat sliced Prosciutto lol.I also speed up the process by skipping meals if I feel up to it.
I can’t really tell you what macros you should be hitting I usually decide based on my goal and if it’s not working how it should I adjust as I’m going. Someone here may be able to tell you what macros to aim for but the best advice I ever got was to just experiment with yourself

A very general statement follows: Typically restaurant food and "all types of things" are the antithesis of a bodybuilding diet.

In fact, one of the first things I tell people who come to me for help on nutrition is to stop eating out.

Can it be done? Sure. But it requires a whole lot of extra effort, and you are probably going to be eating very differently from what you serve your customers. At least you will know what you are putting into it, since you are there preparing it, and be able to measure, weigh, and track.
