Cycle Log - Fat Bitch Edition

My friends affectionately call me 'fat bitch', which does wonders for me BDD. This will be my first log, I'll start updating it on monday when I get all the compounds in the mix.

Basic Info:
6 foot 3 inches
267lbs as of yesterday
Not a single clue on body fat, I'm sure it's kinda up there, you don't get the name fat bitch for no reason. I have a lot of loose skin on my stomach from losing so much weight over the last year, but with some core work and GH it seems to be tightening up slowly but surely.

I'm 31 and have been working out on and off for about 17 years. I've taken several extended breaks because of familial reasons and injury. Longest break was when I developed chronic elbow tendonitis in my right elbow, along with snapping my left leg in half while having spraining my right knee. All within a 2 year span. Wasn't doing to great back then. Smh.

This last break I had was for a couple years. Real life, deaths in my family, a less than optimal career path, a shitty girlfriend, and general laziness were the main culprits. I've been back in the gym, at least 6 days a week (except for when I've been sick 2 times) for over a year now.

I started out slow and light, as I was weak and very fat. about 15 months ago, I was closing in on 340lbs and couldn't bench 135lbs once. I started on a PPL split, started doing Keto and within 6 months got my 1RM max on bench to 245lbs, and got my weight down to about 240lbs. I know it sounds crazy, but I was so fat, so out of shape, and so fucked up in terms of my dieting, that the 100 or so pounds just melted off me. At that point I went in for some routine bloodwork, found out I had low T, and got on TRT.

I ran TRT for a few months, figuring out how my body was reacting to the new testosterone being in me, fucking all sorts of girls I never had the energy to talk to, and generally enjoyed my life. I then began cycling, and here we are.

It should be noted, I'm a pretty low responder when it comes to testosterone for some reason. Even on my TRT dose I was at like 4.5x my dose. I have no idea why or how, it's just how my body works.

-----------------------------------------------------------------

This cycle is going to officially kick off on Monday. I've been running about 4/5's of for 2 weeks now. Anyway, as of Monday:
900mg Test E / EW 1-12
400mg NPP / EW 1-12
240mg Tren Ace / EW 1-10(my first run with tren, going to keep it low and up the dose if needed but I'm pretty nervous about it and don't want to overdo it)
50mg Adrol ED 1-6
1.25mg Adex ED (I'm really prone to high estrogen, it's my curse, my nipples get puffy as fuck. Luckily I convinced my urologist to up my script of adex, so I should have enough for at least 4 months)
5iu HGHPower KeFei's ED as a PWO.

At the end of this run. I'm going to drop my Test down to about 600mg EW, try to find some decent Mast P and run them together for another 12 or so weeks with some Tbol sprinkled in at the end.. My TRT doc appointments are every 6 months now, so I have until August to run whatever I want before having to drop back down to my TRT dose.

-------------------------------------------------

I kind of gave up on lifting heavy and just stick to volume for now. I run a 6 day split, but I really never take the 7th day off and usually just start the split again. I'll take days off here and there if I need them, but thats only once every few weeks.
Day 1 - Chest
Day 2 - Back
Day 3 - Legs
Day 4 - Shoulders
Day 5 - Arms
Day 6 - Legs
and then repeat.

My goals are to hit at least 300 reps per day at a minimum, but trying to start getting consistently into the 400-450 range. I don't do more than 5 or 6 exercises per body part generally. Lots of drop sets and super sets as well. I try to get all my reps and work in within 1 hour. The only times it takes me longer than an hour is if I have to wait for a something to be open that i need to use. I add in core work at the end of my workouts on the non leg days for about 10-15 minutes. I hate cardio, I hate it, just like everyone else does, but I plan on adding some in at the end of each non leg day as well for 10-15 minutes.

I'll post up as much as I can here and there. Hopefully at least a couple of times a week. The first week I'll probably post every day so I can get my entire routine written out.

Good stuff dmt. Show those friends of yours up man. What weight are you looking to drop to here?
Looking to get down to 250ish. I'm honestly not as much concerned with my weight in the scale as I am how my pants fit on my waist you know? I'm pretty comfortable in size 36 jeans right now as long as they are relaxed fit and I can get my thighs in them. I'd like to get down to a 34 waist.

My friends are all jealous, I can rep all of there 1rm 15 times. So they have to make fun of me to help there egos.

I forgot to add that I'm running 50 to 100mcg of t3, it depends on the day though, generally stay at 50mcg these days though

Subbed brother we all have to start somewhere. Or even restart. I know I have had my fair share. Sounds like your on the right path now!

If your body fat is high and you're prone to gyno, I understand the high dose of adex, I hope it doesn't crash your e2.

Ok, so you're going on a cut, what are your plans as far as your diet is concerned?

Are you planning on getting bloodwork done? Typically this is the bloodwork schedule.

Pre-Cycle blood work: 2 weeks prior to cycle.
Mid-Cycle blood work: 7 to 8 weeks into a 12 week cycle.
Post-Cycle blood work: 6 weeks after PCT.

Not my first cycle, at all, and I said I am a TRT guy, I don't PCT. I have gotten bloodwork done about 6 or 7 times in the past 8 months, I'm pretty comfortable with that. I actually just got blood work done last month while on my TRT dose to see what my levels were on the watson. If you check the lab testing section, I think I've posted bloodwork at least 3 times on here in the past few months. That doesn't even count the full work ups I get from my urologist which I have never requested to get copies of.

Yes I'm cutting. Eating at around 800 to 1k cal deficit each day. Eating about 250 to 275 grams of protein, 100 grams of carbs, and the rest fats. I am happy with the level of strength I'm at, I don't feel the need to be stronger, I just want to work on some high volume stuff and recomp with tren.

I'm only going to be eating carbs during the day. Meaning lunch, and whatever stuff I eat to hold me over until after the gym and dinner. Dinner will just be lots of meat, some veggies, and that's about it. If I for some reason deviated from my normal lunch and/or dinner I'll add in a couple of protein shakes.

Especially with my first run on Tren coming up, I'd like to try to limit my night sweats which is why I'm cutting out the night carbs. I'm used to no carbs at all, so it's not a big deal, and the carbs during the day help me get through my boring as shit office job.

SUBBED leggo :)

My lil piece of brolosophy for you, with your e2 issues and 900mg/test, tren is gonna be a bitch for you - I think e2 really aggravates trenbolone negative effects. No evidence

Diet looks good. I just added cardio for the first time tonite, it was like a lateral "ski" machine.. Pretty bad ass. Kill it!

Btw I wear 36" waist. Close to being back to 34". Either you got an awesome taper or I have a wide waist..

Yeah, My taper is looking good right now, i get a lot of comments on it, even more so recently. I've been focusing on my Lats and Traps the last month and half or so and It's really made me look so different. Lats and Traps really change the way a shirt sits on you more than any other upper body parts IMO.

I'll take that under consideration, in terms of the tren sides. I'm running it pretty low just to see how it is and it's my first go around. I never like to just jump right in to any compound the first time, especially something like tren. I'm looking into buying some extra adex from a source who gets pharma shit, if i can work out a decent price i'll buy more and just up my dose as needed. High e2 is such a fucking bitch, I eat adex like candy and my nips still get puffy sometimes. Thank god my insurance hasn't caught on or they don't give a fuck, because my script is only like 5 bucks each time lol.

That's a nice hookup. I know u will up the tren though. You wouldn't want your first experience to b a dissapointment?

Brotherhood, glad to see the honesty. As Arnold once said, build up to sculpt, at least I think he said that. Your diet looks good, use fat in the place of carbs and piss the ketones down. Blood pressure, keep an eye on it. Tren isnt as ad as you might think, but build up to it both cardio and dosage wise.

Good stuff homey. I cycled with tren my last cycle (lower tren / higher test) for the first time. The sides literally had me wiped out midway through, but the strength gains were insane. I had to cut the tren off and finish up with just prop the last few weeks because I was running on zero sleep. I changed it up on my current cycle and went heavy tren, low test, with mast p. Let me just say, best cycle to date with the exception of my very first cycle. I'm fucking shredded now with very little sides (in comparison to my first go with tren). Just one exception... Tren cough! Holy Fuck, I literally almost died in week 2. I was gasping for air so bad, i thought it was the end. However, I learned slow and steady is the key to reduce that with good tren. So anyway, something to consider if you want to experiment with tren/test dosage in the future. I'm addicted now.

* Ill also add a disclaimer that I switched to a private lab for this cycle and quality of gear has definitely been a contributing factor too.

Awesome you are a great contributer to meso, I love following your posts and i will for sure be in for your log. Good luck man!

Yeah, i'm thinking 240mg is as low a dose as i can go while still hopefully feeling something. I just want to take it easy as it's my first time, and most likely won't be my last time with tren. I'm confident the source is good, a bunch have people here have been running this tren a and swear by it. so we'll see how it goes. I'm not looking forward to the sides, as i already sweat a lot and have a hard time getting to sleep most nights. so we'll see. i'm in no rush, just want to see how it goes. worst case i can drop my test down to like 450mg/wk and up the tren to like 350mg/wk, but i'd like to keep my test and npp at the dose they're at and see how the tren changes how i feel so i have an idea of how it works with my body.

how much tren and test were you were running that first cycle that was so shitty?

The first cycle I was at 800mg test and 400 tren. I felt tired 24/7 and it was hard even getting to the gym, although my strength went up significantly. This run, I'm doing 700mg tren and 350 test (along with 700 mast prop). The transformation is really unbelievable. Honestly, I wish I would've done a log for this one instead of my last run. I feel better, Sex drive is crazy, and just seeing the results keeps me in the gym. I'll have a sleepless night here and there, but for the most part I'm sleeping like a baby. Like I said, I could definitely get used to this. Not sure if it's just way better tren, or that I reversed the test/tren ratio.

So, it began today.

For reference I dialed in my dosing and pinning schedule for everything so it's as follows. I know it's not orthodox but I think I'm happy with it:
ED Orals -
100mcg Tiromel T3 (2 50mcg doses)
25mg Bayer Proviron
2mg Adex (0.5mg pharma, 1.5mg UGL. Trying to save my pharma shit until my script is up for a refill)
50mg AP Adrol (possibly upping it to 100mg at some point)

Oils -
M/W/F - Test E 300mg, NPP 100mg, Tren Ace 60mg
Sunday - NPP 100mg, Tren Ace 60mg
Weekly - Test E 900mg, NPP 400mg, Tren Ace 240mg (might up tren after 2 weeks, first time with tren so I'm taking it slow to see how i react)

This type of pinning schedule is just easier for me instead something like EOD. I don't mind going back to back with the short esters sunday and monday. If this is a big no no, please let me know, but I don't really see a problem with it.

I pinned my right quad today. I definitely felt a difference with the Tren in there. It burned, for lack of a better term, a little going in, which I haven't ever felt from Test or NPP. I aspirated and I'm sure I didn't get it in anywhere other than the muscle. It was a little sore for about an hour, but no real tightness or pip, which I'm happy about.
------------------------------------------

Chest -
I went a little heavier than usual to try to gauge where my strength is today and I'll do this same routine again in about 4 weeks to see where I'm at. So because of that, my rep count is a little lower than it normally is for a Chest workout.

Flat Bench -
135 x 10
225 x 10
315 x 2
275 x 5
225 x 8
185 x 8
135 x 10

Incline Bench -
135 x 10
185 x 8
245 x 3
135 x 10
135 x 10
95 x 12

Cable Flies - I don't really know what this super set is called, but I do a decline fly, flat fly, and incline fly as a super set with the cables. 15 reps of each, so 45 reps each super set, and I do this for 3 sets, for a total of 135 reps. Pretty light weight, I have no idea what the weight equates to, but on the Decline fly on plate 10, flat fly plate 5 and incline fly plate 5.

Hammer Strength Press -
2 Plates x 40
2 Plates x 20
2 Plates x 20

Total Reps - 321
Total Workout Time - 48 minutes

I like to work out fast, get a sweat and a pump, and keep it throughout. I'm pretty out of breath by the end of my sessions, it just is what works for me. I know other people have their own theories on it. I try to take minimal breaks.

I work in some dumbell pressing as well sometimes, but the gym was just too crowded today so I stuck with the hammer strength press just to get some high rep sets in to end the day.

I'll be back tomorrow, for my back day. You see what I did there?
