Cycle Log - Fat Bitch Edition

I would defiantly try the suspension at 100mg, seems like that is when I really start to feel it.
Good log brother! I check in everyday to see how that tren is treating ya. Keep it up man

Had to skip today. My lower back is all sorts of tight and fucked up. I got a deep tissue this evening and it loosened me up quite a bit. I'll be doing my back workout tomorrow and if I'm not too spent, do my legs right after to get back on schedule.

Spent 5 hours today trying on clothes for my friends wedding. His future wife is a fucking cunt and has ridiculous expectations for all of us groomsmen. My hell is starting soon. I have 4 weddings, 3 of which I'm a groomsman in, in about a 5 week span. Only 2 of them are driving distance, the other two i have to fly to. I despise wedding season.

I'll be pinning 100mg npp and 80mg tren tomorrow morning as well, before heading to my girlfriends family church for Easter. I'm feeling more accustomed to this dose of tren now, sides are pretty much gone. I'll stick with it another week before bumping it up to 400mg. I'll run 400mg for the rest of the cycle.

I'm following along everyday brother, keep it up. I always impressed how strong you are. I have dreams of getting 315x1 on flat bench.

Got my back workout in after doing all the JC/Easter stuff with my girlfriends family. To her credit, she came with me to the gym, kept the same rep count (far lower weights obviously) and never complained once. Fucking proud as hell of her and really impressed.

Bent Over BB Row -
95 x 10
135 x 10
185 x 10
225 x 10
225 x 8

Wide Grip Lat Pull Down -
195 x 10
210 x 8
225 x 8

Close Grip Lat Pull Down x Close Grip Cable Row Super Set - (we alternated stations, so no breaks in between)
150 x 12 + 150 x 12 , 3 sets

Underhand Grip T-Bar Row -
2 plates x 10 x 3

Hammer Strength Row Wide Grip + Close Grip Super Set -
4 plates x 8 + 4 plates x 8 , 3 sets

Weighted Lower Back Extensions -
1 plate x 12 x 3

Total Rep Count - 260
Total Workout Time - 42 minutes

Rep Count was kinda low today, but I'm ok with it. The Barbell rows really had my back feeling crazy. I haven't done those in quite a while and I forgot how taxing they can be. I was just about spent after that first exercise so I feel good about this workout, even though I didn't even get close to 300 reps. Like I said really proud of my lady friend, she kept up, did all the work, and didn't complain once. She even kept up with the pace, which was surprising.

I was too tired to hit up legs today too. I think I'm skipping legs tomorrow and just moving on to shoulders and getting back on schedule. I do legs two times in every 6 day split, so skipping one of those days every once in a while isn't a big deal IMO. My legs have had some dramatic improvements in size and strength since making it a 2 times in a 6 days thing.

Reading @johnnyBALLZ and @brutus79 's log makes me want to go back to doing doubling up and going back to chest/tris , back/bi's, shoulders/legs as my split, but IDK. I still feel kinda sore from my chest workout on on friday, today on sunday night, I just don't think I'd have enough time to heal. My Tri's especially seem to be really shot after shoulder day. So I'd have to take an off day after shoulders/legs, which I'm trying to avoid as much as possible. I changed to this split to be able to go every day and not worry about being too sore to hit the muscle group I'm working. I'm still considering it because I respect them and their lifts enough to give it serious thought and maybe go back to that split. We'll see.

Pinned 100mg npp and 80mg tren this morning, and pinning 300mg Test, 100mg npp, and 80mg tren tomorrow morning. I felt good today, my first workout without anadrol. I purposely didn't use the test suspension today either to get a feel for how it's going to be with just my normal cycle compounds. I'll be using Test Susp tomorrow for shoulder day to see the different. Going to bump it up to 100mg though.

How do you feel though? I'm trying to figure out what feeling I'm looking for. I definitely can describe how the tren makes me feel, not sure what to expect though from Test Susp.

Hit shoulders today and also pinned 100mg of Test Suspension as PWO, and it definitely made a difference. I didn't really 'feel' anything but everything was much lighter, and i had much more energy, so it definitely worked and i'm guessing 100mg is my new protocol for it. I'm not going to use it every day. Just on days I want to go heavier than usual now that I know what my dose is going to be. Anyway:

Seated DB Press -
75's x 12 x 3

Seated Arnold Press -
50's x 12 x 3

Side Delt Raise + Rear Delt Raise + Front Delt Raise Super Set -
40's x 12 + 25's x 10 + 25's x 10 , 3 sets
(Had to take a full 5 minute break after this to catch my breath. It was unreal the pump I had and how winded I was)

DB Shrugs -
80's x 15
85's x 12
90's x 12

Shrug Rack Shrugs Drop Sets-
6 plates x 12 + 4 plates x 10 + 2 plates x 15 , 2 sets
8 plates x 12 + 6 plates x 12 + 4 plates x 10 + 2 plates x 10 , 1 set

Standing BB OHP -
135 x 8
135 x 7
95 x 9

Total Rep Count - 349
Total Workout Time - 48 minutes

I'm going to credit it to the PWO Test Susp, but that was easily the best workout of this cycle. I felt like nothing was too heavy, every exercise was hitting exactly what it needed to hit and I felt like a fucking bull walking around in the gym. I couldn't believe I was able to do 2 sets of 135 on OHP to burn out. I almost didn't even want to try it and was going to call it a day, but I said fuck it lets see if I can do it and bam 8 reps then 7 reps. Any other day, I don't have the energy to do more than 3 reps, tops. Also really proud of my progress on the shrug rack, and how my traps have been developing. It's to the point where people don't just talk about how much my chest sticks out but they ask what I do for shoulders when they talk to me about working out, so that always feels great.

Arms tomorrow.

I'll be quick as it's late and I had a long ass day. Just getting home at 2am after being out of the house since 8am.

Got arms in today, was a great workout too -

Hammer Curl Drop Sets -
50 x 10 + 35 x 10 + 25 x 10 , 3 sets

Alternating DB Curl + Barbell Curl Super Set -
35's x 10 + 45 x 10 , 3 sets

Close Grip Bench -
135 x 10
185 x 10
225 x 6
225 x 4
135 x 15

Straight Bar Pushdown Drop Sets -
200 x 10 + 150 x 10 + 100 x 10 , 2 sets
200 x 13 + 150 x 15 + 100 x 9

Total Rep Count - 292
Total Workout Time - 32 minutes

I was in a rush, I definitely could have done more bicep and more tricep work, but time was a thing for me today. Happy I got in there at least. I almost feel stronger now that I've dropped the Adrol, it's really weird. I definitely have more endurance as well.

Legs tomorrow and pinning tomorrow morning.

I'm still doing arms tonight, but something I've been thinking about and people at the gym has said to me prompted me to make this post and see if anybody has any opinions.

I really don't care about power lifting, never have never will. I lift weights to look good and be strong enough where I feel masculine. Everybody has a different idea of what those goals are and they are very subjective. To me, goal was always to be able to bench press 315lbs. It was my goal since they day I started working out when I was young, and was always my goal when i started back up after long breaks. I can relatively easily do that pretty much any day of the week right now, and I'm proud of that. I am no where even remotely close to my aesthetic goals though, and my routine is tailored around working towards those goals.

Now, all that said, people at the gym, who I actually respect, have really been pushing me to stop benching with a flat/body builder set up and to take more of a power lift approach. When I read people's logs and talk to them about working out, I just always assume everyone does their benching with completely flat back and is using a body builder approach. I don't know why I do, but I just do. I had a conversation at the gym last night where one of my 'gym bros' was trying to explain to me how unbelievable it is to him every time he see's me working chest and that i'm able to do that much weight, that much volume, and in that short a period of time with my back completely flat on the bench. He argued that was more impressive to an experienced lifter to see someone pressing 315 with my set up than seeing someone using a power lifting set up and pressing 405.

I really never thought about it like that. Nor have I ever really tried to dial in a power lifting set up to see what I could press. I'm just not that interested in it. Am I not reaching my full hypertrophy potential on each rep and each set because of it though? That's my main concern. If I was able to get bigger and more aesthetic adopting a different approach, I'm all for it, but it just seems like that way of lifting is designed to move the maximum weight and for strength, which is really not my concern at all. I never plan to compete in anything, and I work our for my health, my self confidence, and for the bitches of course.

Thoughts?

I think I fucked up my knee today leg pressing. I've had this knee issue for almost 20 years now, still fucks with me, still annoys the shit out of me. I was doing great and having one of my best leg days in a long time too, which sucks. I had to cut it short today, but here is the log:

Hack V Squat -
6 plates x 10
8 plates x 10
10 plates x 8
12 plates x 8
14 plates x 7
8 plates x 10
8 plates x 12

Standing Calf Raise -
8 plates x 15 x 3

Leg Press -
12 plates x 10
14 plates x 10
16 plates x 8
18 plates x 6
20 plates x 6
8 plates x 20
8 plates x 17 (knee gave out)

Total Rep Count - 187
Total Workout Time - 26 mintues

I pinned this morning. I'll be upping the Tren to 100mg 4x a week and staying there until I run out of vials. I think I have almost 2 full vials left, which should get me at least another 5 weeks or so.

I weighed in at 257 today, which means I'm down 4 pounds in the last 5 days just by dropping Anadrol. I've actually been sloppier with my diet these last 5 days too, so it just goes to show how much water you retain on adrol and how fast it falls off of you. Pretty interesting honestly. I never kept up with weighing myself after dropping an oral, so this is pretty interesting. I'm down a full 10 pounds now in the past 4 weeks or so, which I'm happy about as I am sure I've lost more fat than 10 pounds would indicate based on how my clothes have been fitting, specifically my pants. So far this cycle has been exactly what I wanted it to be.

I'm pretty pissed about my knee giving out on me. It's pretty sore right now already, but I'm going to do some ROM stuff and stretching before I go to bed and see how I feel tomorrow. This has happened before in the last year or so of getting into some higher intensity weight training. I'm hoping I just tweaked it and had bad foot placement on that last set, but I won't know until tomorrow and more than likely the day after.

Chest tomorrow, looking forward to it. Going to bang another 100mg of Test Suspension and see what I can get done. I definitely feel the difference pretty dramatically when I have used Suspension as a PWO and when I haven't. It's an interesting thing. I didn't think it would have that much of an effect, but I was very wrong.

How do you feel though? I'm trying to figure out what feeling I'm looking for. I definitely can describe how the tren makes me feel, not sure what to expect though from Test Susp.
Yeah, my first couple times I tried the suspension @ 50mg not knowing what to expect and... Nothing...

Bumped it to 100mg and had a great session. Added boost in strength and endurance for me too. I don't take it often though because it seems like I build up a tolerance or something. If I only hit it once a week, it gives me that one badass workout each week. Might just be a mental thing at this point, but hey... I'll take all I can get

Hit shoulders today and also pinned 100mg of Test Suspension as PWO, and it definitely made a difference. I didn't really 'feel' anything but everything was much lighter, and i had much more energy, so it definitely worked and i'm guessing 100mg is my new protocol for it.

DB Shrugs -
80's x 15

Arms tomorrow.
And then I read this post lol. On point

Chest Today, switched up the exercises a little bit. I felt like it was a good workout. The thing about being on such a deficit that still fucks with me is losing strength on my bench press, but it's worth it i guess to lose the weight. Anyway:

Flat Bench -
135 x 10
225 x 10
315 x 2
275 x 5
225 x 8
185 x 10
135 x 10

Incline Bench -
135 x 10
185 x 5
135 x 12 (2 second pause at bottom)

Incline DB Press + Incline DB Fly Super Set -
55's x 15 + 30's x 10 , 3 sets

Flat DB Press + Flat DB Fly Super Set -
65's x 15 + 40's x 10 , 2 sets

Hammer Strength Press -
2 Plates x 12 x 2

Total Rep Count - 231
Total Workout Time - 47 minutes

Rep Count was way down today obviously. The DB work really tires me out a lot, especially super setting with such high volume. I like to switch it up every now and then and I did enjoy this workout today, but I need to get my volume back up next time. I was slowed down a little by my friend coming to workout with me. He doesn't shut up and got upset with me that I brought my headphones in. So I had to humor him a little and engage with him more than I wanted to. Still had a great pump and got the work in.

Pinning tomorrow, last pin of tren at 80mg before I bump it up to 100mg 4x a week.

Day late with the post, had a really busy day/night sorry about that. Pinned as usual yesterday morning, last pin of tren at 80mg, as discussed in previous posts.

Got my back workout in. I don't know what's going on, but today I feel terrible. My Chest is still really sore, my lower back is completely tight and sore, and my knees are both really tight and sore. Taking the day off today and not going to do Legs nor go to the gym at all. Yesterdays workout:

Bent Over BB Row -
135 x 10
185 x 10
225 x 8
185 x 8
135 x 15
135 x 15

Wide Grip Lat Pull Down -
180 x 10
195 x 10
210 x 10

Close Grip Lat Pull Down -
165 x 10
180 x 10
195 x 10

Under Hand T-Bar Row + Hammer Strength Row (Wide Grip) Super Set - (no breaks in between either, just one station to the other back and forth)
2 plates x 12 + 4 plates x 12
2 plates x 9 + 4 plates x 11
2 plates x 7 + 4 plates x 8

Weighted Lower Back Extension + Assisted Pull Up Super Set - (Again no breaks in between just one station to the other)
70lbs x 12 + 8 Pull Ups
70lbs x 12 + 8 Pull Ups
70lbs x 10 + 5 Pull Ups

Total Rep Count - 240
Total Workout Time - 38 minutes

My rep count was low again, because I went heavy on the compound to start and really banged away at the super sets. I hadn't been doing as many super sets the first few weeks of this cycle so I forgot how fucking taxing they can be. My back is still sorta pumped from last nights workout honestly. I like the super sets and I felt like i needed to change my workout a little bit as I was getting bored with my routine, and this was a nice change. I'll start adding some super set work into my main program and work on getting the reps up to where they need to be. All in all, had a great week of workouts, looking forward to the day off

Pinned 100mg NPP and 100mg Tren Ace this morning. First time running Tren at 100mg, going to be hitting it 4x a week still. I'm not going any higher on the Tren. 400mg will be what I top out at for this cycle to make it equal to my NPP dose and keeping my Test E dose at 900mg.

I stupidly decided to give Oral Tren a shot again. I got some extra liver support to wash it down with it. Going to run it at 1mg a day for 3 weeks as a pre workout and see if I can handle it this time around. Last 2 times I tried I couldn't get past day 5, so lets see how this works out for me.

Did shoulders today, didn't use Test Suspension though this time and it was a huge difference. Actually a surprisingly big difference. I was struggling DB pressing 75's today when last Shoulder day I was able to easily knock out 3 sets and could have done more.

Anyway:
DB Press -
75's x 10
75's x 10
75's x 8

Arnold Press -
50's x 10 x 3

DB Shrugs -
90's x 10
95's x 10
100's x 10

Side Delt Raise Drop Sets -
35's x 10 + 22.5's x 10 , 3 sets

Rear Delt Raise + Front Delt Raise Super Set -
22.5 's x 10 + 22.5's x 10 , 3 sets

Shrug Rack Drop Sets -
8 plates x 8 + 6 plates x 8 + 4 plates x 8 + 2 plates x 12 , 3 sets

BB OHP -
95 x 15
135 x 10
95 x 12

Total Rep Count - 353
Total Workout Time - 49 minutes

Felt a little weak today and kinda lethargic. I won't attribute that to the Oral Tren just yet. I was feeling pretty shitty all day yesterday and most of this morning up to my workout. We'll see how it goes.

Pinning tomorrow morning 300/100/100 Test/NPP/Tren and hitting arms.

Pinned this morning, did 100mg of Suspension and 1mg of Oral Tren as a PWO. Felt like shit all day. Allergies have been kicking my ass something vicious, but I still went and got Arms in today:

Hammer Curl Drop Sets -
50's x 10 + 35's x 8 + 25's x 8 , 3 sets

Alternating DB Curl Drop Sets -
35's x 10 + 25's x 8 , 3 sets

Barbell Curl -
75 x 15 x 2

Close Grip Bench -
135 x 10
185 x 10
135 x 10
135 x 10
135 x 8

Straight Bar Tricep Pushdown -
200 x 10 + 150 x 10 + 100 x 10 , 3 sets

Tricep Rope Pull Down -
100 x 12 x 3

Total Rep Count - 336
Total Workout Time - 52 minutes

My arms were bursting out of my skin. Probably the most intense arm pump I've had in a while that's why I stopped the workout. I had enough energy to keep going, but I couldn't bend my arms.

Hitting legs tomorrow, should be good to go, my knee is feeling better.
