Its because it only happened on and after vial 3 that i think its bacteria. Think about it....tiny bacteria in the batch that grew over time....and once u punctured the rubber stopper w ur needle tiny air got in the vial and feed the bacteria and niw uts giving u pip


Sounds right to me....if im right squirt a tiny amount of benzyl alcohol into ur vial mix it up by shaking it and itll kill the bacteria without affecting your gear


U can buy it online cheap....when u cook ur own gear u put benzyl in to prevent bacteria.....maybe this batch didnt get enough when the ugl produced it....im assuming its ugl....but even pfizer or any legit chemist comp would produce multi dose vials that could b contaminated with air when that first dose takes place....no one can prevent that. Which is why organon makes only sibgle dose vials amps n readyjects for their legit sustanon n deca medically prescribed shit....medical community frowns on multidose vials for human use. N ull notice theyr always kept in the fridge at ur doctors when they are there....the fridge cool temp helps prevent bacteria growth

Hit shoulders really hard last night. I took the day off work today, but somehow i still came in to get shit done as it never ends. I have a shit load of stuff do for a wedding tomorrow and rehearsal tonight for it, so i don't have much time. Followed it up with about 12 minutes of core work.

I'm proud of myself for really sticking with the core work this week. I hit it every day so far. I need to be more on top of it, i just hate it so much. I really don't dislike doing any exercises all that much, or any body parts, but I hate core and every exercise for it. It fucking sucks.

Pinned again this morning, like i said going to try to run over to the gym and get a quick arm workout in. I'm not sure if I'll be able to post again tonight, but I'll see if I can get a few minutes to throw up the info about the workout.

I'm about 8 weeks into this cycle right now, give or take a day or two. I'm slightly stronger on most of my lifts, which is all attributed to the tren. I'm still eating at a pretty big deficit, and even though my BDD doesn't allow me to see it, I know my waist has gotten smaller. The scale read 260lbs yesterday, but my waist is at least a full inch and almost 2 inches smaller than it was 8 weeks ago. The shit that fucks with me is all the loose skin on my stomach, especially at the bottom. In the real world, it's not that bad. But i think i'm almost happy with how i look in my arms and from the chest up, and from the waist down. But, the long struggle of getting that skin to tighten back up is going to fuck with me. i know it's going to take at least another 1 year to 2 years to get even close to tightening up. I'm pretty sure i'm going to start saving up for a pharm gh run to help speed this along. hopefully it'll be my christmas present to myself this year. i dont' know if i can handle all this flab that makes me think i'm still fat, when i'm not exactly sure if i am or not. it feels like loose skin, but maybe i just want it to be? lol, i know i'm ranting and rambling, but anyway, just gotta keep on going.
 
I know all about the loose skin my man!! I was fat, then thin, then muscular, then fat, then crackhead thin, then pill popping fat, now sort of fat, thin, and muscular. lol Hoping to be just muscular in 12-15 weeks. :)

You'll be alright. You have great work ethics and you are still young. Have as much fun as you can this weekend and just relax.
 
Ever done a diet cycle where u do one day high carb one day med card third day no carb then repeat?

I think being 8 weeks on such a big deficit might be workinf against u bro

I know u lost two inches on your waist so i may be way out of line here. If u feel leaner n tighter u may b maintaininf scale weight by buildinf muscle that is replacing the fat loss

But i just thought maybe the three day diet. Coukd hasten ur fight against fat cells

U usually lose about 2 lbs per week of pure fat while running a three day diet.

Its usually somethinf u do for only 8 weeks because results seem to slow

I can provide u w an example if ud like.

But it sounds like ur doing great bro n i love reading ur progress

But 8 weeks in to a cutting cycle im usually 16 to 20 lbs lighter WITHOUT gaining size or strenght though

My diets are to maintain size n shed fat. Building muscle while burning fat isnt something ive mastered yet
 
Ps. When i get fat i get up to 270

When i diet for 4 months i get down to 210 at abouyt 10% bf

Yeah. It's weird. I've actually put on a fair amount of size on this cycle. My shoulders, chest and arms are all noticeably bigger even to me. I have real separation that you can see between my upper chest, traps, side delts and front delts, and this is when not flexed. I didn't really have it this overtly before this cycle.

I know I could alter the diet some, and maybe get the weight on the scale down faster, but i'm honestly trying to have the best of both worlds right now. it's a delicate balancing act honestly, but so far i'm not unhappy with my results. I'm not willing to sacrifice size yet to go on a drastic cut to shed. I'm liking this slow and steady approach.

I'm going to try to run out my diet and training as is until the new year. if I'm not very close to the body fat i'd like to be, or something happens where i stop losing fat, then i plan on going on a more drastic part for the second half of the winter and into the spring. Also, being as this is my first go around with tren, i had no idea what to expect honestly. I know people have been known to gain size and strength while cutting body fat on tren, and i think i might be experiencing that on some level, and again, i'm not mad at it. besides a couple of small instances, the sides aren't all that bad at 400mg for me, and i feel like i see the effects. I'm more vascular than i've ever been, which isn't much, but gonig from no vascularity to having bicep veins bulging, getting some in my traps and quads too... it feels great.

I wasn't able to do any core yesterday, but I'm proud of myself that I did hit core pretty hard for 4 days straight, which is the most i've done on this cycle, which is pretty fucking pathetic honestly lol. I just really fucking hate core work, but i know i have to do. I can already feel how much more stable I am on any exercises where i'm standing up. I'm going to stick to doing it 4 to 5 time a week from now until the end of this cycle at the very least. I hope that it will expedite the skin tightening up on my stomach as well. I've read enough articles about that actually being something that is real and not bro science that I'm willing to give it a shot at this point in my fitness life.

As a side note, I was a rehearsal dinner for the wedding i'm going to tonight yesterday. A lot of people are people who haven't seen me in about 2 years or so. It felt really good. All the guys were visibly in shock and jealous, while all the girls were very complimentary and were in awe of how different i look. Probably the best I've felt about this body change since starting to workout more seriously about 16 or so months ago. 16 months of putting in 5 to 6 days a week at the minimum in the gym and you still think you look like shit. It's good to have people notice and let you know that it's paying off. A lot of these people are guys/girls who actually don't like me very much (they're friends with my ex, and she is a cold piece of shit who tried to ruin every friendship of mine she could) so on some level, these people sacking up and complimenting me, meant more than just a random friend i hadn't seen in a while.

Did mother day shit with my gf and her mom all day yesterday and finally convinced myself to go to the gym and hit chest last night pretty late. It wasn't the greatest workout, but i felt better for going and getting the work in.

I'm going to change up my chest routine. I seem to not be getting as sore anymore. I think I'll do some cable work as a pre-exhaustion right when i get in then i'll hit the compounds and keep it light. I'm not going to go above 225 next session and try to really focus on the negative and get a good squeeze, let's see how it goes.

I absolutely flew through the workout because i had such limited time. I was actually a little tired walking in, but maintained my energy. I'm happy with the work I got in today though. My traps are absolutely crushed. I'm going to start hitting side delts much harder for sure. They're starting to look small compared to my traps.

I'm good just trying to keep at it. I hate not gaining much strength, but that's the misery of cutting and focusing on high volume work
