Beast! Just found this thread and so glad I did. Question, do you intentionally try to stay in zone 2 or monitor HR during cardio? I’m assuming it’s fasted?

Currently rehabbing from elbow surgery but looking to do what you’re doing when I’m back to normal. Thanks for the motivation!
