cycle & pct help and opinions

done two cycles. first sustanon, d-bol second was test, d-bol, eq, & tren third will probably be close to the same. i'm 5'7" and about 225lbs. question is this. i just finished my 2nd cycle and am taking the break before i start the next cycle. pct is hcq and nolva. i have clen and t-3 also but haven't taken either yet. want to try and gain another 10lbs but i have a little extra around the waist. about 36" worth with 181/2" arms and 27" legs. should i go for the extra 10lbs or do a tone up first. i didn't do cardio or any ab work. i always catch craps in my abs for some reason on the same side in the same spot that have me lying on the floor. i hurt my bicep last cycle also so i stopped early. do you all think if i do cardio about 3x wk and a little lite ab work i can gain the 10lbs with adding more than 1/2" to the waist. i know diet plays a big role and i don't eat like a pig. also what would be a good pct for a cycle of test e, eq, tren e. maynot use d-bol this time as i'm thinking of starting out with test prop and tren ace for about 2 wks until the test e and tren e kicks in. i used clomid with first cycle pct but didn't have it this time. but will next cycle. didn't notice any shut down however that feels. nuts are hanging, erections still, sex drive still strong but i know aas auto. shut you down so i know to finish taking this break. going for 19 1/2" arms and about a 32" waist is my goal for now. i know everyone is sayng can't gain weigt and lose the waist also. any ideas gain or tone and pct info. whether i tone or gain i'd probably dothe test, tren and eq.
 
Wow bro, its really hard to understand what you are asking in the above question.

You can loose fat and gain muscle on a cycle like Test Prop / Tren but you need to diet right and you should always have some L.I. Cardio in there a couple of times a week unless your really lean to begin with.

At 5'7" with a 36" waist you need to bring this down with a cutting cycle or diet.Your telling us you have 18-1/2" arms theres probably some fat there as well that you need to loose and no doubt its at least 1-2" .

I would bro, keep on the PCT and Time Off, do L.I. Cardio for 45mins at least 3x/wk first thing in the am (M-T Stomach) for a month and see where that gets you before using D-bol again if you want to trim up.

A good cycle of Prop/Tren after will really help.
