Cycle question for newbie

Cycle update:

On the second week of the cycle and I am feeling it. Endurance is up, strength is up, and a slight bit of water retention. I’ve heard the zphc dbol is most likely under dosed or bunk so I’ve tried upping my dosage to 60mg per day in hopes to get a good affect from running it. I’ve noticed since I started that even though I’m eating more everyday(3600+Cals) I’ve been looking leaner and more vascular. I’m wondering if that’s from the dbol or the test. I’ve heard that test e doesn’t start to really yield results until the forth week so I’m just trying to train my ass off until then. Both of my pins since my last it pin have gone totally fine and the knot in my left glute has disappeared which is a relief. I’m probably going to stick to Delt and quad injections for the remainder of the cycle just because it’s a lot easier to be steady while doing it.

Yeah I’m debating whether to stop this whole cycle short until I get better gear...

You COULD help others, and yourself, by having the gear formally analyzed and posting the SOURCE NAME and the analytical results thereafter.

Oh and rest assured bc Meso is an UNCENSORED board all of what I'm suggesting is not only GTG, but is encouraged.

So far: I’m up around 10ish pounds at the start of the third week. My strength increase is a lot less than I’ve expected but what I’m feeling is a lot more endurance overall in my workouts. I am able to bench 225 for 12-14 reps per set and do 5-7exercises per muscle group instead of my usual 3-4. My body feels like it’s still staying a bit leaner than when I started the cycle and more vascular despite the weight gain. I just feel like if the dbol was legit or properly dosed I’d be feeling a lot more strength gains but right now I feel good with how my workout sessions are going. Food intake is still at around 3600 calories per day with low fats and very high protein and moderate carbs. I haven’t been feeling bloated whatsoever also just because I’ve been watching my sodium intake.

Other physical and internal changes I’m experiencing are: heartbeats per minute have increased considerably, balls have definitely lost a good amount of size, lethargy is a little bit more than usual but not bad, more vascarity in my upper chest and legs.

I’m wondering if I should be trying to eat more so I can put on more weight or if it won’t do much more besides make me fat and also can anybody I’ve me their experience on what it feels like when the testosterone kicks in during a cycle?

Good luck

Update midway through week three:

Weight is definetely up. Started around 205, now pushing 220. Still keeping the same vascularity if not I am actually still gaining vascularity. Even with the decent weight gain I have yet to see any drastic results due to being not that far into the cycle. All I see physically or that my girlfriend notices is my waist slimming down, lats getting wider and thicker, very slight gains in the arms and chest, legs getting more defined but still the same size.

My training has been very hypertrophy and volume oriented: I find myself staying in the gym for about 2 hours training as intense as I can while still trying to lift a decent amount of weight. Another note is I am actually not feeling all that much stronger. I’m able to push a few more reps than usual on all of my major lifts but nothing crazy which I think is to be expected since I am doing such high volume and not focusing on trying to get any stronger.

My question is what do you guys prefer: hypertrophy oriented workouts, workouts focusing on strength(progressive overload, fewer sets and reps but heavier weight) or any other style of training?

I prefer volume workouts. I am not a power lifter, I do not compete. This is about Looks and heavy weights are not needed to get big and look good. mainly
Because my ego is not involved I don’t lift heavy weights unless it’s part of a drop set and I don’t do many reps at the heavy weight.

2 hours is to long for me. I would Drop that under 1.25 hour, then return later for a short second session if needed.

Ended up cutting the cycle short at 4 weeks due to not trusting the gear I bought. Going to do a normal pct and start another cycle later on when I get better gear from a different source.

Sorry to hear man but I think that's great judgment on your part to know when to pull the plug and not be stubborn.
