It's crazy how much stuff you are taking while not being a competitve bodybuilder or racer.

Seems like you have a kid now, long gone should be those days of not caring about your health.

If you a serious into cycling I would only use Test and Equipoise and would drop everything else.

Masteron and Oxandrolone are know to be bad for aerobic performance. For me even primobolan used to lower my ftp.

I have a kid on the way, due in May.

I do care about my health and the AAS load I described in the previous post isn't all that crazy, imo. I've got some blood work hanging around a thread somewhere that shows I'm pretty dang healthy.

The AAS load I'm on now is much more. I've tabled cycling until 2025 when I'll drop doses back down to TRT++.

Currently I'm on:

750mg test / 800mg mast / 600mg EQ weekly
60mg anavar lifting days
12iu GH daily
12mg reta weekly
600mg l carnitine daily
1000iu HCG daily
75iu HMG daily
10mg mots-c daily
200mg SLUPPP daily
250mg 5Amino1MQ daily

Is that a lot of gear for a "non competing bodybuilder"? Yeah I guess any amount of gear for a non competitive body builder is a lot.

Is that a lot of gear for a 290lb body builder? I don't think so. Actually feel like it's pretty reasonable especially since I'll only run with those doses for another month.

I appreciate your perspective and concern.

In terms of compounds and lowering FTP; really anything above TRT negatively impacts me. But I'm not interested in min / maxing. I wanted to be huge and get further into cycling.

Like I mentioned, though, I've tabled cycling till 2025. Till then, I will continue to get huge and then will revisit cycling and doses will probably look something like:

210mg test p / 210 mast p / ? EQ? (maybe not even include)
6iu GH
12mg reta

Hey all,

Wanted to open this discussion about cycling (bicycle) and PEDs. I'm getting pretty into cycling and absolutely love it. I know bodyweight is extremely important from a power to weight ratio perspective and being 6'3" 265 with a lot of upper body muscle, I'm not helping myself.

That's not something I'm willing to give up right now. Basically, I want to be the best "cycler" I can, without intentionally going catabolic and losing muscle mass to improve cycling performance.

Thus, I would like the emphasis of this thread to be on PEDs and training programs / periodization that include both cycling and lifting.

I don't know very many members who are avid cyclers, but I know @readalot you are one of them.

Would you care to elaborate on your PED protocol, or just in general PED protocols that have worked for you to actually HELP with cycling performance and the doses?

I guess I should outline my PED protocol:

30mg test p
50mg mast p
50mg EQ
25mg proviron
20mg anavar
80mg Telmisartan
5mg cialis
200mcg t4
10mg salbutamol
16iu GH
20mg Cardarine
600mg inj l carnitine
500iu HCG or 75iu HMG
150mg armodafinil
~2mg retatrutide (daily avg. I do two 6mg shots per week)
Mots-C 15mg
2mg TB500
2mg BPC157

Current planned alterations:
Drop TB, BPC, and GH to 8iu soon as this groin issue resolved.
Drop proviron (kinda seems to mess with my dick sensitivity which is so weird)
Anavar to 10mg instead of 20mg.
Drop mast p to 30mg instead of 50mg.

T4 due to GH upregulating T4 to T3 conversion; I am still taking that. I forgot to list it lol. A lot of what I'm doing is the same, I'm updating in my log though this is kind of old and stale thread

Have you tried to see if it does stabilize on its own? It usually goes down for the first month or two and then it's just stabilize and get back to normal. At least at 5-6IU it was like that for me..perfect thyroid.

On 10iu or greater I need the help, but less than that I don't really need it. Once I drop to TRT++ and take GH back down to 6iu I'll drop the T4 and see where I land. I think it won't be an issue at all then.

Do you take Metformin? How do you manage your blood glucose? 12mg reta is enough? What were you using before the 12mg reta?

Nah, no metformin.

15mg Tirz was managing BG just fine.

When not during holiday season, I eat pretty low carb. I inject my daily GH bolus first thing in the AM and will either go for a bike ride, or go do my training session about 1.5 hrs after IM GH admin.

I'm usually fasted for at least 14 hours per day regardless of diet.

However, right now, eating like an asshole and putting on massive weight? Yeah I'll just use slin as needed

no no not right now lol I'm absolutely going wild right now.

When I was 260's I was pretty low carb actually. Less than 100g per day and mostly in last meal closer to bed time.

Reta is not as good for BG control for me. I attribute that to the glucagon action. So during this "fuck it eat whatever I want holiday season" I just supplement with humalog as needed for high carb meals or lantus for full "fuck it" days

I like reta more because I don't get as slowed gastric emptying, and I don't get the same fatigue from it that I did from Tirz 15mg. I hate the feeling of being overly full as that in itself contributes to the lethargy / fatigue. Also like reta better because it pushes me deeper into ketosis when I am carb restricting.

Been on max dose GLP1s for over a year, so combine that with a former fat boy appetite...idk man, I can eat like a mofo.

That's pretty interesting. I haven't tried sema yet, maybe I will have to give it a try though at some point. I've stayed away since it seemed most folks got the worst sides from it.

I still got and will get acid burps on reta from time to time (post thanksgiving), but it would pass quicker than tirz. Idk how much of that is me adjusting to GLP1s in general over time, and how much of that is due to difference between the compounds.

Yeah like sema was my first glp-1 at first I couldn't eat, like 0. I was forgetting to have lunch dinner everything. It was kinda amazing in some ways you know... Like very bad for bodybuilding but I felt free.. and so productive too like I could just continue to do shit I wanted without having to care about eating ahahaha (not healthy at all of course).
All of this on 0.5mg

With times it became less and less and I increased to 0.75 and than 1mg.

At 1mg on 5IU of HGH I had 70-75 as BG lol NEVER seen that kind of BG in the last 5 years.

Amazing BG control. I don't even know why I fucking stopped it for TIRZ, should have just stayed on it.

Now I'm off any glp-1 as I'm trying to bulk hard and I can't start one and hinder my gains, but insulin sensitivity is something I'm always worried and try to find ways to keep it at a good level.
