Cypionate with mini sides

I know the answer is probably “get your labs done” but does anyone else get a few symptoms of the side effects associated with elevated Estrogen about 24 hours after jabs?

I get very slightly itchy nipples and a bit cranky. It’s nothing mega and it certainly wouldn’t stop me from taking T but I just wonder whether these are not super uncommon or if they’re a sign of needing to change somet?

People will probably laugh because I’m literally taking 70mg Southern Ghost Cypionate every 3.5 days.

If anyone has any suggestions on what I could change I’d be massively appreciative. I’ve though whether to try Ethanate or a slightly lower dose? Or whether I even need to investigate whether E is slightly elevated. Weirdly it only lasts a day about 24 hours after I pin.

Male, yes. They’re not mega noticeable but just very slight. I do have underactive thyroid too - I do know people often say that people with UAT are more prone to elevated Oestrogen.

I’ll get labs done soon. Didn’t know if it would be worth switching up to Eth and whether sometimes people find one ester is much better than the other in terms of lowering sides.

Thanks for your response anyway

I don't *think* changing esters will help you in this situation. I don't have my esters chart handy but if I remember correctly Eth. Will carry a higher amount of Test hormone than Cyp and since it has a shorter half-life you'll be spiking your numbers higher. I'm probably not wording this correctly but you get the gist of it.

Thanks buddy. For me the worst aspect is that I defo have a 24 hour period where I feel more rage and anger at relatively minor things. It does lower after a day or so but I’m obviously keen to get optimised. At this point I’m looking but at a TRT+ rather than full cycle.

you are sensitive to hormonal changes in your body sounds like you started not long ago..
Either way do your blood work and just add AI
Changing ester won’t do anything.
Another thing you can do is daily shots this will keep your testesterone levels stable which will lead to less conversion to E2
Don’t look for solution in other vials your body is telling you what’s up..
