This Is How The Feds Work And This Is From Personal Experience. You Need To Read This Now And Keep This In Mind With The Current Events On This Board.
Several Years Ago A Downline Distributor Of Mine's Wife Called Me Franticly Saying The Fbi And Customs Had Raided Their Home And Arrested Her Husband. A Few Hours Later, The Husband Called Back, Making A Big, Big Joke Of It. I Was Suspicious, But Hey, He Was Having A Drink With His Wife At Their Favorite Restuarant By 6pm And The First Call Had Come Around 2pm... So, I Never Really Relaxed And Took Some Precautions, But Not Enough..... He Had A Really Good Cover Story And I Could Not Really Detect Any Change In Him. I Checked The Newspapers In His Area And Saw Nothing About A Big Bust...
One Month Later 18 Us Customs Agents Raided My Home And Business. They Had Phone Conversations, Pictures And Tons Of Info... My Boy Had Flipped... In Two Hours....
I Insisted On A Lawyer(they Dont Like That And Tried To Talk Me Out Of It Repeatedly) Lawyer Advised Me To Flip In Exchange For A 5k1. Did You Know That Under The Federal Sentencing Guidlines A Judge Has No Downward Departure Option Without This 5k1? That Means They Look It Up On A Chart And Thats How Many Months In Jail You Do. Period. Period. Period. No Parole In The Federal System... If You Dont Have A 5k1, Kiss Your Ass Goodbye. Your Lawyer Will Tell You To Take It And Your Wife Will Shoot You If You Dont. No Parole, No Time Off For Good Behavior And No Weight Rooms. The Feds Win Almost All Of Their Cases.. They Dont Bring Them If They Dont Have The Juice To Follow Through. But They Will Bluff And Lie. They Will Lie To Your Lawyer. They Lied To Mine And Guess What... The 5k1 Evaported Even Tho I Co-operated And Was Instrumental In Obtaining Wiretap Evidence That Led Them To An International Ring. I Dont Feel Bad About It At All... Because I Was Not Dealing In Drugs... I Was Unknowingly Dealing In Counterfiet Goods.. (i Wont Say What Kind, But Not Drugs Or Steriods)
Guy I Was Buying From Was Drawing Attention To The Whole Thing In The First Place Towards Me And He Lied To Me Even When He Know Trouble Was Coming ...as For Me.. I Got Lucky.. Through A Series Of Strange Events, I Was Never Charged.. But It Hung Over My Head For 5 Years And Cost Me Over $90,000 In Legal Fees...
Anyway, The Point Is This... If A Guy Dissappears For A Few Days... Well, Maybe, Just Maybe He Has Been In Consultation With His Lawyer Working Out A Deal... Then He Comes Back With A Story No One Will Question. He Wont Tell His Best Bro.... Even On The Sly.... You Think He Will, But He Wont!!!!!!!!! Wife Is Up His Ass And Prosecutors Are Breathing Down His Neck And Lawyers Are Eating Up His Life Savings!!!!!!!!!! They Are Good At Stories... I Know, I Helped Them Make Up Stories...
These Guys Are Smart, Dedicated And Tenacious.....
