dark bruising sub Q pin site

I have done tren a sub-q. It left me with a knot on my abdomen for three weeks. Did 1ml and I didn't skip a beat with my gains. I used to sub-q TNE all the time last year. Instead of taking just a minute or two to get that funky taste in your mouth, it took about 5-8 minutes after inject. Absorption is definitely a little slower but I wouldn't say by much.

Just wanted to post an update . conclusion to this issue so if any suture people read it or need info they can see how it turned out.

Completely healed. Just took time like any bruising. I have zero pain, zero issues. The spot looked bad for about two weeks (and I never really bruise from anything) so I must have really nailed a blood vessel and bleed out for a while under the skin. I avoided the area and just let it heal. Now I can not even tell there was ever an issue and I am again able to pin there with no problem.

Agreed quite common and if you aren't particularly fond of their appearance there are several thing one can try to PREVENT their development.

1) Hold direct pressure (about 10 pounds) using your thumb over the injection site for AT LEAST one minute
2) Use the smallest gauge needle possible
3) Inject into the fatty layer rather just under the skin (sub dermal)
4) Avoid injecting when blood flow is highest, immediately after exercising

HOLDING DIRECT PRESSURE OVER THE INJECTION SITE IS THE MOST IMPORTANT, IME
