Kiki is usually very responsive…I’ve never had a problem and I’ve done prob 10 orders…four or five with dragon tooI've been around years. Went through a divorce few years back and stopped regularly checking on here. Thought I was restoring my old account when I logged on, but ended up creating a new one. I have a long history here with a number of Meso sponsors that dates back years.
I placed an order at the beginning of December. After shipping, it moved in transit for a couple of weeks before getting stuck in US customs.
I never got a love letter from customs. After a little more than 30 days with no tracking updates, I e-mailed Dash and asked about a reship. Kiki responded and got the reship out the door quickly. I received it in about ten days.
I've ordered from Dash regularly for several years. This is the first shipment issue I had.
I appreciate working with a supplier that has a clear reship policy and honors it readily. I have nothing but good things to say about Dash, and I'll continue to order from him going forward.
True that. I meant to communicate that they didn't make me wait for the letter to reship. I recall seeing some reship policies in the past that want to see the letter. No idea if that's common now.Letters can take 3-4 months to show up.
