yes, people cheat for a multitude of reasons. but in this case and this thread, the question was about sex/oral sex. theres no denying that people also cheat for lack of sexual satifaction.

That notwithstanding Bob a satisfactory and compatible physical relationship is a very important part of being a couple, just as the emotional side of it is.
