Dbol for cutting?

I understand that a cut is determined by a caloric deficit, but Personally , I just feel like running dbol on a cut you wouldn't reap the full benefits? Idk , you're more experienced than I am so I probably shouldn't open my mouth about it. I guess it could depend on the individual too and how drastic their cut is.

What do you say about dbol on a cut? What about a recomp phase? Your experiences?

I think dbol is fine for a cut provided you don't care much about bloat and even then, you'd only be running it for 4-6wks. One of the best ways to maintain muscle mass during a cut is to focus on lowering training volume but maintaining or increasing intensity. Dbol works fantastically for this as it allows you to get stronger and use higher intensities.

Pros used to run dbol into their show back in Arnold's day.
True. That's what made me click on this thread. But...their wasn't a whole lot of shit to run. Also majority of them tended to lie about cycles I've seen shit were they talked about only being on 400mg a week of test an 10mg dbol a day. got to remember they were competing against each other might of thrown out misinformation from time to timeo_O

Yea Arnold has talked about his aas use a good bit, but he's very conservative when speaking about it. I've heard of guys doing deca only cycles back then also. They only had Nolvadex back in the day also. No anti e. The pros back then were also genetic freaks.

Didn't Arnold take a lot of Dbol...wasnt that his aas of choice? Thought I read that someplace.

A buddy of mine is planning on running test, var, winny and dbol to finish off his cut. I asked him if he was worried about the dbol bloating him up, but he said he knows what he's doing. I believe he's been cycling on and off for almost 10 years but I'm not sure exactly how many cycles he's run total.

Have any of you guys run dbol while cutting. and what were your results?
Sounds like a politician, he says he knows what he is doing, but is short on details.

Dbol can be used, but I can think of better options. Anadrol comes to mind. There is no aromatization, but as in any other cut, diet is the most important consideration.

An cutting cycle involves sooooo much more than changing up AAS and ANY PRO BB will tell you exactly that. But somehow broism modified the meaning into something much simpler that everyone could partake in. Yea let's tell guys they can just change anabolic agents and burn fat.

Nope about the best one can do is modify the degree of fluid retention by running an AAS that does NOT aromatize, and Dbol is probably one of the WORST agents to use for this purpose.
You're right, doc.

Is it possible to "cut" on dbol, sure, it really is. It's counterproductive, though, and you're setting yourself up to work unnecessarily harder, heighten liver damage further, and all around just complicate the fuck out of an already taxing period.

Certain drugs, diets, training styles etc. complement certain goals the best. There are reasons for anavar, winstrol, tren etc. being used on a cut. Also, there are reasons dbol is used on a bulk (mostly familiarity, ease of access, high results on an mg basis, minimal sides etc.)

OP, don't try to reinvent the wheel, or listen to your buddy about this. What do you possibly have to gain by adding a compound that is notorious for adding soft weight?

I think anadrol would fit better here, IMO. No added aromatization, good strength increases, no joint issues etc. I've used drol at the end of a cut to maintain strength and mass, and let me tell you it stacks wonderfully with trenbolone.

I'm not running the cycle, he is. But I have no interest in dbol anyway. I'd rather run "dryer" compounds because I absolutely hate feeling bloated.
