Dbol or Anadrol?

I have a 7 month old baby boy who is happy and healthy, that is all I ever wanted and I have a partner and we both live together and have a stable income. I don’t want anymore kids. One is more than enough for us.
OK. That's always the primary concern. It's obviously not unreasonable to get on a blast of 300 mg testosterone for your first. I just adhere to a view that it's best to eke out solid gains using a minimalist strategy of adding drugs and upping the dose based on progress. If you're making excellent gains (strength & muscle size) now (I expect that you are, you should be), you do not yet need that drug stimulus. In fact, it can often lead to overuse injuries, and even spinal injuries (e.g., lumbar spine BMD does not keep pace with muscle strength increases, especially when novice gains are still forthcoming).

Just wanted to say thank you everyone for all your responses. After careful consideration I have decided to ditch the idea of a dbol only cycle and man up to doing a test only cycle at 300mg for 16 weeks. This will take place starting April 2023, this will give me plenty of time to grow some more naturally and get my training dialled in properly along with diet and research etc. I have been training since middle of June this year and below are photos of what I currently look like. My current weight is 102kg and body fat I believe is about 25%. Age currently is 23, going to be 24 on October 2022.

Having trouble deciding whether after my 1st cycle if I should do a PCT or TRT. For me it makes more sense to be on TRT of about 125mg a week, no need to constantly buy PCT and feel like shit for a couple of weeks and loss muscle mass. It also makes more sense as my long term goal is to compete in the future hopefully in a couple of years, furthermore by 25 your natural test levels will be diminishing as each year goes on. So not sure at the moment. What do you guys think?
you have only been lifting since june?

You should be lifting for atleast 2.5 years consistently imo before you do this. Learn to lift properly, understand nutrition and how to build a solid plan.

Dont be like one of those morons that do not understand what a macronutrient and deciding to start a cycle.

There is so much shit to this, You have barely hit your noob gains as someone starting in the gym.

This is not a smart idea imo. you have just started a new hobby and want to play with dangerous stuff.

I first started lifting when I was 16 and carried on till about 19, then never trained again until like 4 years later (June 2022) so I know what I’m doing in regards to training and diet. Below are photos of what I looked like at 19 and completely natural.

You were a kid at the time still and your body was still developing. diet/nutrition changes as you age. I have never been impressed with a teen's knowledge of nutrition. I started on the bb.com forums 14 years ago learning from articles form Alan Aragon and Lyle Mcdonald

The only reason I decided to cycle is because I went on TRT initially.

On top of that you now have a kid and a job. I lift 4-6 times a week. on cycle is definitely 5-6. However I wouldnt be able to do that if I didnt have a home gym. I dont even have a kid/baby .

Hopefully its a decent plan and I am wrong.

If I was in your shoes, I would come off completely, unless of course your natural test was super low to begin with. Staying on is a big decision and one that you shouldn’t take lightly. Just because you want to compete doesn’t really justify staying on for life. Plus you’re young. Test levels don’t decline at 25 unless you have health issues. 30-35 is where there begins a slight decline.

Regarding work I do a driving job so I’m Sat on my ass all day and love that, no hopping in and out of vehicles nothing physical. To me that’s perfect just means all my energy goes towards weight training when it comes to it. I’m currently working out 4 days a week and I am able to manage perfectly fine with having a kid and a job. I only work 4 days during a full week too, so having 3 days off a week helps with recovery and planning for the week ahead, also means I get to spend time with my son. Don’t want to be a workaholic

Taking 4 years off and resuming training since Jun means you are... a novice. Just so you know.

At 19 years, your physique was good, shows talent. Not advanced training and nutrition knowledge and application.

Bro, I wish I was a goddamn novice again, dem gainz.

Going to come off as an ass but thats fine. You can justify this anyway you want. You are an adult. best of luck to you.
