Curious..how are you supposed to progress on leg widowmaker? Add weight each time or reps? I haven't seen this discussed in articles. Also does anyone still do dc?
Just do your straight sets in the 6-12 rep range, using proper technique and taking them to failure with adequate rest between sets. Progress by gradually adding reps and weight over time.
