@ddp7 i feel like you use this method to find out what you will be doing for the week.
Consistency works better than any other thing for results.
Find out your TDEE for calories, subtract 500-700 calories from it, then follow a simple 40/40/20 macro split. Do this for 3 months and see where you are at.
If you need to cycle, pick ONE thing, and run it for a COMPLETE cycle.
Stop jumping around everywhere with your nutrition and drugs.
