Consistency works better than any other thing for results.
Find out your TDEE for calories, subtract 500-700 calories from it, then follow a simple 40/40/20 macro split. Do this for 3 months and see where you are at.
If you need to cycle, pick ONE thing, and run it for a COMPLETE cycle.
Stop jumping around everywhere with your nutrition and drugs.

Hey sup Haha lol well im fat but no so fat OK lol.

Let see,today i did fasting cardio 90´,60 outdoor bicycle 30 running the sand,yeah is winter but Im Rambo.

Pre cardio 1500mg guarana +140 mg caffeine
Breakfast Porridge +three boiled eggs and sea salt,well taste like salt,you know.Thanks for the yolk advice @Leancuisine and @Test_Subject. Its just this is my first time doing a right management of estradiol.The good thing are coming,I feel good and with a balance between motivation and reality.

Sups Selenium 400mcg
Vit E 800ui
Fish oil 2grs
B12 1000ui
Vit D3 1600ui
Silimarin 1000mg - Solo advice thanks Solo
Exemestane 6mg

The back workout will be in the night, need some hours to rest from cardio.Cheers

Oh and you know what? Im thinking that after fasting cardio breakfast should be a complete brekfast like this,porridge,eggs,orange juice.
But when I didnt fasting cardio I will drink the veggie juice,mind game issue i guess.
 
exactly. Why did it take so long for someone to say this, lol?

well you dont have a idea how stressfull could be the law college,so i discovered that exemestane is therapeutic to me,one week,two weeks of rest.Further I feel more liberty about the right food,is hard to explain but my mind is keeping more silence, i need that to training in the right way and with all my forces.
 
BTW the idea of mixing exemestane with vit d3,isnt mine.Comes from spaniards trainers,and yes this idea seems to be a good idea,not in the same way like sublingually hcg,remember?.

Aqui un protocolo muy bien organizado por un preparador,cambia el exemestano por DIM y listo,ya que el exemestano es un farmaco y muy muy caro...

Ayunas: Exemestano/ Vitamina D3/ Tocomin.
Con las comidas: Jengibre.
Pre-entrenamiento: DAA/ Alcar/ L-Carnitina-Tartrato.

Las dosis del exemestano varian, si no te sienta bien por la mañana, cambia la toma en lugar de por la mañana a por la noche.

Despues de la toma del exemestano/ vit D3/ tocomin deja 60 minutos de espacion hasta la primera comida, llegados a la primera comida del dia nos interesa que la cantidad de carbohidratos sea minima, para no crear un pico de insulina, que puede crearnos diversos ''sides'' al abrir la barrera hematoencefalica al exemestano en la primera comida si no pasamos de 30 gramos netos en total de carbs mejor.

Well i told that my workout could be a split workout,but i cant.I like fullbody :)

So the other day i did a rest,i mean two days ago, and yestarday did squats and back exercises and the sacred 60´of cardio.
 
And for the record like Millard Baker says,the maximum exemestane at week is 24 mg,i dont intake that shit everyday,i have a brain lol Dr Scally you know, and take a very little beer in the postworkout with solid meal.After all there are not sugar in my diet,come on a little beer help with the cortisol and I like beer :)
 
Just one more note for today

I have to say that i running 10mg of var with 20mg nolva - bill roberts idea - befre bed to help with reocvery.Im thinking in the future when the law college begin again,four weeks more.So i need a perfect recovery at the same time i eat a relative normal diet. In fact if eat a high protein diet the recovery results isnt the same.Thats part is true.

This planning should get the results around three months.So are two das of ull body and one day of core and 5 days of cardio.and one cheat at week,saturday night,generally. Well i think thats all.
 
Well today is the rest day.

This week i did 35km of LISS outdoor,two fullbodys and one core session.

Now im enjoying the cheat meal,eggs sausage and some special dessert for the breakfast.

Well the new mission is learn how to get fun,you know Hahah,but im thinking im the right way :)
 
Well Sirs, a new week ibegan,today the wo will be in the night as usual.I like train in the night.

Saturday did a little test of my purchase from China and surprise,this time i get oxandrolone.My first buy was a mix of var withdbol...,that explain my weightgain in the past and the feeling like spring on my feet literally and the strange personality,little more rude you know with a dukenukem index haha!

Well at 25mg of powder i felt the experience of a mild steroid,"athetic performance" but in any case the increase of force -or that i guess - was a dramatic increase.But the training was more intense,more velocity i mean.

Well my brothers Im back again.

First off,i want to give many thanks for the kindly private messages to ickirica,bigpaul,leancousine bc my father and old suffered a sad isquemia and cardiovascular accident and his recovery have been amazing,shit after some weeks they want drive car yes but like a very ninety oldie man but he is fifty seven and his heart is working in a terrible state near of 20%,but isquemia and its consequences thanks to God has gone like never have been exist.

Well about me im in the Metropolis,finally i get my independence,i live alone,get a better job in my area and the sex workers in the metropolis are greeeeeeaaaattt incredible wonderful and so fucking hot.

Oh and get my first pot and you know what? i recognize my mistake about this point pot is fantastic in the night to me and some days at week and im continue with the cetogenic breakfast because the time in the metropolis is short and gold,you know.Watching some porn,getting some coca leaf and doing music with a rock band im in the audition phase,need some fun the weekends,not thAt weekend mofos ok.

Well at the moment no gear and no gym bc im knowing this city step by step,im doing my planning.

thanks man the issue of my father is a non sense issue,you know a temporal isquemia and then that oldie is finding fight well i guess his active sexual life maybe is a relevant recovery factor idk.

Threesome i suspect some similar issues bc after all there are two chicks different and have a little aspect of bisexuality of women,so maybe one chick is the more active" or similar you know.
