well tamoxifen isnt too bad,my perception has changed bc saved my terrible nipples pain,tamoxifen and exemestane.

Im ready to run my experiment(in the bill roberts line) I mean var/hcg/some provi/some aromasin

If the fat loose is enough,then I could repeat the operation.

Just that and my routine is 5x5 and 3 - 4 cardio days.

Diet is easy:my mainly focus is breakfast(poliquin breakfast)and postworkout meal(waxymaize and whey or solid meal).

Currently preworkout:150 mg coffee and 12.5 mg sildenafil.

Goal: Lower the bf in the long term,looking good and enjoy the training.

Any comments are welcome.
 
sorry anothe important meal is lunch and in the dinner legumes but sometimes is free following the nick mitchells advices(the poliquin translator for normal people).

I was thinking the last few days that I need a long rest. In general terms my life has been very stressful. And my skinfat quality is the proof,I think so.
I can weightloss,but my skin qualitiy,so to speak, very thick skin and in wellbeing terms this is a symptom of very bad regulation of the cortisol. Again the mind part building the corporal part.

Anyway I have a new order to check cortisol,liver and I can get,again,the same labs pointed out above,if were need it.

Update: This is the rest week because the I need it.

Well,this week the diet suffers a change in terms of protein,decrease the protein and increase the carbs.

And the breakfast have some high glicemic natural carbs like honey to help with the recovery.

Here are:

From a few days I started my experiment with var and aromasin/proviron as modulators.

And let me tell you that this combo is the SHIT MAN!

Well, here is the trick(thinking that have all variables under control):

Your diet must diet should be a diet free or similar to the mediterranean. With a bit of iifym diet logic.

Menu Examplo:

Breakfast: Skim milk with chocolate and normal bread with yellow cheese and a little butter.
Mel 2: Coffe with honey or fruit
Lunch: A clean meal
snack: whey and some low glicemic fruit
TRAINING: the last days swiming in the recovery week cotnext
Posttrainingmel:Clean mel
snack2: fruit or a vegetable like celety
Before bed: cold liver oil,some omega3 and magnesium

Ger: 20mg of oxandrolone,12.5 mesterolone and 6.5of exemestane.(training days)
Not training days: 6,5mg exemestane,12.5mg proviron.

And the better part,my testicles are NORMAL yes I repeat ABSOLUTETLY NORMAL

Oh and very important,the weight training days the anavar dose is 30-40mg.

I'm still reading through all this but right away this jumped out at me. Don't be afraid to keep the Anavar dose consistent whether it's a training day or not. It's NOT going to have the ill effects you've made it clear that you're worried about. If you've searched Google at all and I'm positive you have because of all the info you're absorbing, then I'm sure you've read all about guys who take Anavar in a hundred different ways but I can assure you that based on your goals it would be very beneficial to just keep the var at a steady dose day in and day out. I personally would not run an oral without injectables, but IMO var is one that can be used successfully and with great results without a test base. It's going to give you a nice strength boost, and really going to help with the fat loss not because it's some kind of magic pill, but because Anavar is very good at maintaining/gaining lean mass in a caloric deficit which is KEY to dropping bf % and staying strong at the same time.

For cardio days the proviron will fluctuate between 12.5 and 30 mg.

The days of weights between 30 and 75mg, I suppose.

In any case, it is not about fear, it is about the safety of the liver.

I prefer, moreover, to fill with proviron, those days that I will not use oxandrolone. This is similar to what Dr. JIM proposed but with higher doses and with the added advantage of avoiding any harm to the liver.

In any case, neglect, I will speak with the truth and comment if I had sexual potency problems during a sexual relationship or similar issues related to atrophy of testicles, in which case I will certainly use my HCG at low doses like 250ui eod.

Okay I get it, liver concerns is something I looked right past when reading this thread. If you are concerned about your liver I suppose do whatever makes you feel better, but with regards to the doseage and duration it's not something you really need to be worried about. But hey, better safe than sorry. Have you already had liver values tested? And researched a bit on the effect var had on other guys liver function who posted about var cycles and did bloodwork? Might be useful if you haven't.
