deca fatigue

Started a test/nandrolone cycle 4 weeks ago and I think I'm getting to the point where the long ester in deca really starts to kick in. However my motivation is in the toilet, appetite dead, energy levels very low. I've been reading that a large subset of users get these symptoms on nandrolone.

The part I couldn't come to a conclusion on is if I need to address this as a progestorne/estorgen build up issue or if I don't have my test to deca ratio high enough. I'm taking pretty low doses 350 test/300 deca and haven't had anything approach estrogen sides like gyno or sex drive loss.

Should I up my test to 400-450 or get something to address the conversion angle? Anyone here deal with this issue?

I literally just got back from the pharmacy where I bought some B6 lol. I appreciate the help. When I began the cycle I read a 5/4 ratio of t-to-d was enough, but obviously not. I'm going to bump up the test ratio.

Thanks guys.

While no-Test, no-HCG cycles can drop T levels too low, thus potentially causing fatigue

I think your estrogen might be too high, despite only 350 mg/week
Did you get bloodwork?

Why not some Mast, Proviron or T3 to offset fatigue?

Shut the fuck up you moron.

On 525mg Test and 350mg NPP I cant stop fucking and I CANNOT for the life of me stop eating. I’ve never had an appetite so rampant. Not sure what you should do in your situation but this is my experience. Maybe get bloods to at least cancel out the question of high E2/prolactin.
