Deca/NPP vs High Test for lean tissue gains?

Great keepable lean muscle mass is not just a product of how much/what roids you use, but your training, nutrition and recovery aswell.
But since you asked specifically, here you go-
Test Enanthate- 75 mgs/day.
GH- 2 IUs/day.
Pre-workout Humalog/Humulin-R- 5 IUs.
Anavar- 10 mgs/day.
Metformin- 1000-1500 mgs/day.
Slin pills 30 mins vefore and after each meal.
Vallium- As much needed to have a good night's sleep whenever you'd have trouble sleeping (not that the test dosage would be a concern).
AIs/Anti DHT/Anti SHBG/BP meds- As much needed to keep the numbers in the normal range.
Calories- 500 surplus/day.
Macros- 60% carbs, 30% protein, 10% fat.
Workouts every other day.
No smoking/drinking.

Never come off of it. Not that you'd ever need to.

Hands down, infinitesimally better (both in terms of keepable gains and health-wise) than blasting a cocktail of drugs and then coming down to a "TRT dosage" resulting in losing most of all gains made.


Do you monitor your blood glucose with finger prick or CGM when you are playing with metformin and similar?


My main problem with Deca is how it won’t play nicely with Finasteride.

Yes I do infact check my fasted blood glucose every morning. Alongwith that, I monthly checkups for many things, including haemoglobin a1ct.
Althroughout the past 15 years of running high dosed gear, high calorie diet, I've had not even 1 reading of my haemoglobin A1CT above 3.5%. Not 1. All thanks to metformin, berberine and slin pills.

I never had any problem with deca, when I was on finasteride.
 
No major entity truly adopts that approach.

I regret to inform you, but in this day and age, it's challenging to reinvent the wheel.

Typically, those who pursue this method lack sufficient development and tend to favor excessively high doses.

I, too, found myself in your very same situation many years ago, and I just lost time.

Once you figure out how to control E2 on High test and HGH and eat properly you will figure out that you don't need anything else.

Fluff on high test? I am on 2g of it 10iu HGH generics with full 6 pack, cuts on legs and arms.
How do you control your e2 on 2g of test?
 
Assuming that someone is only interested in retained lean tissue gain, after a 20 week cycle, what is the rough equivalent of a 200 Test, 300 Deca Cycle; but running Test only. 800mg Test?

I understand that Deca/NPP comes with lots of other benefits/sides compared to a large cycle of test only. My question only concerns retained lean tissue gains after a 20 week cycle.

Diet, training and rest are the components that largely decide what percentage of your gains you keep.
You might underestimate this part and I understand that this might be something that has been hammered-on in online forums. But trust me when I say that I learnt it the hard way.

That being said, if you're looking at replacing nandrolone, a cycle like 75 mgs Test/day alongwith EQ at 50 mgs/day alongwith 3 IUs of GH will easily be a smarter choice. It would trump over your 300 Deca, 200 Test cycle (in terms of it's muscle building ability) and will be much, much easier to handle. Assuming ofcourse that diet, training and rest is optimal.
 
it is not many trt clinics prescribing dosage of 1mg eod for even 250mg its all about what it does to your estrogen. ai is not the devil it is crashing your estrogen for long periods outside prep.

Thats a very fair point. From my standpoint its alot I should say that lol I haven't needed to go above 1mg adex even on 700mg
 
Moderate / high test with an AI anabolic (EQ / primo) and 200-400 of NPP / Deca is probably the best cycle I’ve ever run. Grew like a weed. Primo kept my E2 controlled. The NPP was just awesome. Other option is something like 200-400 test (or max test dosage you can tolerate without AI keeping your E2 low normal range) and then something like 200-300 nandrolone. Remember that 19-nors will make your body more sensitive to E2 so best to run it on the lower end of normal range (for most people). I won’t run nandrolone without a DHT like primo or mast in there.
