Deca is known for bloating the muscle, my thoughts are that bloated muscle paired with a faschal stretching training like fst-7 or doggcrapp training etc, would yield better results.
My next run is in late january and ill be dosing 500mg Test E with 400mg Deca per week I may also include an oral to kickstart, I haven't used deca in any previous cycles but I have used faschal stretching training before and found it beneficial especially whilst on cycle.
Anyone here tried these two together before?
Alternatively has anyone found any methods of amplifying decas effects?
