I won’t be running this for about 4 to 5 months. Have to get my diet, schedule, and MESO back on point in that time. Finals have messed me up for the last 4 to 6 weeks.

I will be running this MESO plan
Legs/Push/Pull/Arms/Rest with Abs EOD & 1 hour fasted Cardio 30 minutes on road and 30 on the stair stepper every training day. I walk my dog 2 times a day and walk to class and back 2 times a day. I also run to the gym in the AM for the stair stepper, abs, and road work. Sometimes I will run or walk to the gym in the afternoon for weight training.

My watch says I burn close to 2000-2300 calories on a good training day with 13-17 miles traveled on foot. My lifts are old school focused and I don’t lift with a partner so some lifts are smith machine lifts which ideally should be done with straight barbell. With that said I don’t count 225 on smith machine with 4 plates and the bar. I add 50 pounds to whatever goal weight I am lifting at that moment. I’m reasonably strong with a decent lifting base and background.

Chemicals wise I had a coach the only previous time I used any cheat codes. Before that single test and tren cycle I had ran a few prohormone, sarm, & serm cycles. Maybe 2 at most. This was all 8 to 9 years ago. I haven’t ever asked my doc my test level etc but I have morning wood every morning that’s nice and solid hardwood. Hair line is imacculate, no excessive acne or really anything to suggest any hormonal issues. Besides me being fat but trust me that’s due to poor self control and diet!

I will focus inward for the next 4 to 5 months and fix the problems after that I plan to run the above cycle. Any advice or criticisms are greatly appreciated. Please help me do what I can with what I have. I won’t post all the numbers on diet and exercise until you ask. But this is a rough draft of foods and macros I will focus on

Unfortunately I don’t trust my local sources and I can’t catch anything getting tossed from anyone out of area. Long and short don’t do drugs and piss off important people with single digit first names. I will definitely work on my routine and get right back to crushing asap. I’m in no rush to cycle just wanting to experience the enhanced side of things again! Thanks for the advice Narta!

I had run a couple old school pro-hormone cycles back when they were still good, and a tren and test cycle in like 2015 or so but it was with a coach. I have grey hair if that answers your question lol. I am in the research faze of getting back into enhanced training without a coach. I don’t plan on using anything for at least 6 months or more at this point. Currently I’m sucking at life but in a week I will get back on it.

Breakfast: 1-2 rice cake & PB2, banana, & protein shake or eggs or yogurt
Walk to class 1 to 2 miles daily
Lunch: salad or kimchi kinda situation with fish, egg, or poultry. Maybe a little rice if I’m feeling the need for a clean carb.
Snack: nuts, cheese, yougurts, smoked meats, canned seafood, etc keto shit
Dinner:
M: Beef, clean carb like (broccoli), a little fats
T: Poultry, less clean carb (zucchini), more fats
W: Seafood, starchy carb (rice), a little fats
Repeating infinitely and staying relatively consistent with a cheat (meal) every 2 to 4 weeks were I eat a carb rich feast!
I eat a little late so I will try to eat before 7pm

No sugar, caffeine, enriched flour, etc
Sleeps decent and schedule is decent!
My watch says I burn up to 2500 calories and walk up to 15 miles some days when I’m on my shit

Routine
About 2 months ago I was just finishing a nice MESO cycle spending nearly 2 hours destroying my demons daily.
Full Legs/Push/Pull/Arms/Rest
I wasn’t doing cardio cuz I’m fat, and I neglected other things I shouldn’t have but overall I was doing ok.

Repping out the 110’s on dumbbell bench, maxing the majority of the machines out with reps. I don’t have friends so I use a lot of dumbbells, machines, and especially my main bitch the smith machine! 315 Sissy smith squats variation, 225 smith incline press, 225 smith military, leg press 600 pounds plus for maybe 8 decent presses, 10 pull-ups in a row with decent form, bent over row 225 all grips decent form. If it’s not better with dumbbells or doable on barbell without a spot it’s done on a machine or the smith!! I plan on going back to the same MESO plan with a few tweaks and run it for 4.5 months with a 2 ish week de-load period maybe a little less.

I will add in 1 hour fasted morning cardio 15 mins to the gym 30 mins stair stepper 30 mins abs Core: Every other day hanging ab variation, weighted ab pull downs, & decline sit ups. 15 mins back to house. Walk dog 2 to 3 miles.
 
Sooooo. Do I have to put it out there that this “cycle” is 5 months. Why not 12 weeks of test? Maybe some var sprinkled in on the back end. 5 months is kinda nuts

Sarms are no where near as studied as AAS. Not only that they don’t work anywhere near as well. Why sit down for 5 months for a fraction of the gains as 12 or so weeks of test.
 
Definitely on the psychotic end of the spectrum but I figured the low doses would make it feasible. I will need to get a prescription for test for sure. My mail situation is iffy at best.

Lol no worries and no not at all. I pinned myself through my whole tren & test cycle and never got the cough or had any real problems besides pain from the oil sitting. It’s my name and addy unfortunately. Sketch 9000 without a script.

Personal use amounts are not sketchy.


I would strongly advise against sarms. You really should do a bit more reading on Hpta recovery.
