Decent cycle to get back in?

I’m not cycling for awhile no worries. I will continue reading in the forum and asking questions. So the raw powder they normally use for test e is no bueno?

I wasn’t going to coach but hopefully answer some questions about mail and P.O. Boxes, how to be safe and everything like that

I’m gearing up for a cycle next month I have been doing research for the last 6 months. I’ve quit the adderall and got my diet and training back on track. I could provide some insight on what I have learned.

DMZ (AM/Lift) 7.5/7.5 mg or 15/15 mg

Week 2-6 if you feel any side effects low T high E Ie/ gyno, tired all day, ED, not horny, depression, fucked up appetite etc

Aromasin/Prami depending on symptoms

Don’t take either one once you begin Enclo

Aromasin .5-12.5 /2x weekly PM

Prami .25-1 /2x weekly PM

Feel like shit take Aromasin

I won’t be running this for about 4 to 5 months. Have to get my diet, schedule, and MESO back on point in that time. Finals have messed me up for the last 4 to 6 weeks.

I will be running this MESO plan
Legs/Push/Pull/Arms/Rest with Abs EOD & 1 hour fasted Cardio 30 minutes on road and 30 on the stair stepper every training day. I walk my dog 2 times a day and walk to class and back 2 times a day. I also run to the gym in the AM for the stair stepper, abs, and road work. Sometimes I will run or walk to the gym in the afternoon for weight training.

My watch says I burn close to 2000-2300 calories on a good training day with 13-17 miles traveled on foot. My lifts are old school focused and I don’t lift with a partner so some lifts are smith machine lifts which ideally should be done with straight barbell. With that said I don’t count 225 on smith machine with 4 plates and the bar. I add 50 pounds to whatever goal weight I am lifting at that moment. I’m reasonably strong with a decent lifting base and background.

Chemicals wise I had a coach the only previous time I used any cheat codes. Before that single test and tren cycle I had ran a few prohormone, sarm, & serm cycles. Maybe 2 at most. This was all 8 to 9 years ago. I haven’t ever asked my doc my test level etc but I have morning wood every morning that’s nice and solid hardwood. Hair line is imacculate, no excessive acne or really anything to suggest any hormonal issues. Besides me being fat but trust me that’s due to poor self control and diet!

I will focus inward for the next 4 to 5 months and fix the problems after that I plan to run the above cycle. Any advice or criticisms are greatly appreciated. Please help me do what I can with what I have. I won’t post all the numbers on diet and exercise until you ask. But this is a rough draft of foods and macros I will focus on

This cycle is way too long to run those oral sarms, you're liver won't be happy. And without test as a base, you're going to feel terrible. Just do 10 -16 weeks text cyp 400mg/week with a little aromasin if/when you need it and you'll make way more gains and feel awesome. And also much cheaper.

Agree , keep it simple. 400-500mg test a week
 
It is already near my Canuck brother no worries! I have to grab it in advance that is why I am here trying to build a better knowledge base. I won’t be running anything for at least 8 months or so but I need to have an idea of what to have waiting!
