Decent pressure cooker for sterilizing vials

so it’s been said that using a pressure cooker with 15 psi will work similarly as an autoclave to sterilize glass vials and stoppers.

However when I went to a local store , it seemed all the pressure cookers they had there did not go up to 15 psi.

Could someone direct me to a good pressure cooker off of amazon that might work for this?

Thanks

I just do an alcohol rinse followed by putting them in the oven for about an hour. Been doing it forever and never had an issue.

300 or 400. Not the stoppers. I just soak them in alcohol for about an hour and then let them air dry under and on top of paper towels. The alcohol will evaporate.
This still allows for a lot of contamination... how do you put stoppers on vials? By hand?
