Defiant Pharma (US Domestic)

Looks solid. Im one of those people that can't hang with the yohimbine tho that shit makes me feel weird I made the mistake of buying a tub of pre-workout containing it and I couldn't even use it. I tried on a couple of occasions and regretted it every time lol
I take 10mg every morning. Maybe it’s just me but I literally don’t notice anything from it but my coach swears it’s a solid add with inj L-Carn on for how cheap it is

They all work for sure. I am partial to Reta. I was on tirz for months but when I got to 7.5 mg dosage I was getting malaise / fatigue for 36-48 hours post shot (taking it twice per week). Also, it crushed my appetite too hard. If you’re new to GLP-1’s Reta may well crush your appetite at first as well but over many months I’ve gotten up to 5 mg weekly of Reta and I can eat 5000 calories fairly comfortably.
whats a good starting dose for reta? Also which works better on fasted glucose reta or tirz? My fasted is always 98-105 but my a1c is fine

IIRC tirz might be better for glucose but I’d search ghoul’s name and that topic he’s posted some good references. Reta 0.5 mg twice per week to start.

How much reta are you taking a week? Were you ever on Tirez?
Apologies, just realized I forgot to reply to the second question. No, I never took tirz. However, I am interested in trying it in the future because it supposedly has better appetite suppressant qualities. However, the overall health benefits of Reta keep me on Reta. It would just be a trial run if I do. I find that with Reta, I’m happy I can still eat intentionally and still feel a bit of hunger. But after about two months, shitty food cravings/noise return and while I’m disciplined enough to just let it pass, it’s still annoying enough mentally. So I’d say tirz would be an interesting experiment to run maybe when doing a micro cut or something.

Cagrilintide also stops food noise. It is commonly paired with reta. 1mg of reta is working for me. I will bump to 2mg week only if needed. If that is not enough I will try .25mg/week cagrilintide. I don't think it is ideal to slow digestion with GLP-1 too much.
