Hi,

I‘ve started taking Reta for the first time for my cut.

How long does it take to kick in?
How many times per week at which mg would you start?

I will combine it with 5IUs of HGH and start with 40mcg Clen Daily.

I‘m 105kg about 15-16% bf. My plan is to cut down to 7-8%. How long would you say would I need if I want to make it as fast as possible?

Thank you!

In my experience it kicks immediately, you really notice it 3-5 days post injection depending on the injection frequency + dosage.

I started at 3mg, I would recommend to start lower at 1-2mg weekly, increase 0.5-1mg every 2 weeks until it's too much.

I would recommend to hold the clen until later as Reta may increase RHR due to glucagon and you do not want LVH.

Realistic I would assume 10-12 weeks depending on diet, training and cardio, could be done faster, but you'll lose muscle.

Thank you for your feedback.

You answered everything!

I started last week on Friday with 2mg, Monday 2mg and will continue today with 1mg. I,ve planned 3 injections per week.

I have to say that even after 5 days I feel nothing. The Reta is from QSC.

Thank you

If you are starting out on the low dose and titrating up on a monthly schedule like you should, probably won't notice a huge difference for a month or two. That is OK though.
