deleted thread wtf?

Ok so I just made a post and noticed that my post count had actually dropped. So I went and looked through my posts and noticed that the thread Fireater posted about his wife's pics is gone....what happened to the thread?
Did he delete this himself?
and if someone deletes a thread do you lose the posts you had on that thread?
I was almost a real member, now I have to make up a few posts....oh well no big deal, but if people keep deleting threads i'll never get there.

I have no doubt his wife is a sweet lady, and I am sure she is a good wife and good Mother to his children. That being said it is just plain wrong to post fake Photoshopped pics of his wife. That is dishonest and totally uncool.
