Delivery to Germany - higher Risk in near future

This post only concerns Germany and the legal situation, especially about delivery via all post-services that operate in this country:

On March 27th 2020 German "Bundesrat" diskussed a chance to the German laws, especially the "Postgesetz". In result a draft of the changes to the Postgesetz will be sent to "Bundestag" to get the changes into the law.

Conrete change:
Untill the change will be taken over into the law post-service who have a supect in a package might be something illigal are not commited to inform the law inforcement agencies.
With this change the post-services will be commited to do so and will have to "open their eyes" much more than now. That includes also the opening of packages by the post-service.
Especially the "look", smell and appearance of the packages and also the amount of packages etc. from the same sender will be under closer control.

German here - depends on the amount. From a fine & probation to prison time (more likely if you possess raws as those count for intent to produce etc.)
