It looks like my deloading will be start around the same time as my pct. IT seems like it would be ideal right?

Do you guys time it so deloading is done before pct, or so that your pct is at the same time as your deloading?

This is my first PCT, but I'm having great success in retaining gains. My routine stayed the same for the first 2 weeks because T levels were still high. Now I do a simple routine for 2.5-3 weeks of A. Bench, Incline, Dips, B. Chins, DB Row, Upright row, C. Leg press, calf raise, ab and lower back work. I only do 1-3 sets per exercise. I'm 4 weeks into PCT and strength has not decreased a bit on core lifts. I'll probably drop it down to A. Bench, Dips, B. Chins, Upright Row, C. Leg press, calf raise, ab and lower back work. Why not combine it all? You want to keep workout very short to avoid cortisol spike since you don't have testosterone levels sufficient enough to keep positive nitrogen balance if cortisol gets high.

During part of your PCT you're relying on insulin, IGF-1, GH, and whatever low level of T you have to recover. you need to keep workouts very brief to avoid cortisol spike--I say less than 30 minutes--I've been striving for 20 minutes only. So, I would say keep poundage same to give muscles training stimulus with time under tension, but cut volume drastically during the 2-3 week lull.
