1lb roasted chicken breast, 1 half cup fat free plain greek yogurt, 2 stalks diced celery, 1 half cup red grapes, 1/8th cup of white onion diced, 1/4th cup chopped pecans, 1/4th cup dried cranberries (optional) 1 teaspoon salt or substitute, 1/2 cup lemon juice.
