Guys I need your help - I'm currently on TRT and we're trying to have a baby, I'm currently taking hmg 3x a week and 3x hcg + clomid, after 8 weeks I did a spermiogram and the total sperm count is 0.3 million - Should I rather go completely out of trt and just continue with mot hmg and hcg? Thanks

But if I do it like that, my own body doesn't produce LH and FSH itself, but for sperm I need LH and FSH or am I wrong?
First of all you should go to the doctor and ask him about things like that. It depends if your body is health enough and how old are you

Are your drugs/hormones self prescribed?

Are you already in contact with a Kinderwunschklinik?

If your fertility/sperm will not recover to WHO minimum values by itself in the next few months while being off test, I'll recommend 2+ HGH daily.
Actually I recommend it anyway.

yes :)

no :)

So, you say I should let my values recover naturally, without PCT or HCG, HMG?

No, I think HCG and HMG are the right tools from what I've read. There is a fertility article in the media articles, is suggest you read it if you haven't already.

Most guys that tried for a baby went off test. I'd do the same.

I recommend the HGH because it improved my sperm and skyrocketed my morphology.

And contact a Kinderwunschklinik. Don't you have that in Austria? I assume you have health insurance. The huge benefit of a Kinderwunschklinik is that as soon as your sperm will improve to a certain level (but still below who standard) they will do an IUI. You nut in a cup, they dump the dead sperm and insert it pain free in 1 minute in your wife. If shes not ovulating, then she'll get a hcg shot. Also she'll get progesterone.
AND you'll get a free sperm analysis each time you do it.

The protocol I've used to get from 0 (aka too low to count) to 25M+ was:
* 75IU Bemfola (FSH) every other day
* 1000IU Ovitrelle (LH) every other day
for 5 months and then, for one month
* 75IU Bemfola daily
* 1500IU Ovitrelle every other day

During, I was running 250mg/week test + 100mg/week primo (and some peptides but not relevant). I would also recommend an antioxidant stack like glutatione, high dose vitamin C, Ubiquionol etc. for better motility.

Thanks for your advice, I'm thinking about stopping TRT and just continuing to take HMG and HCG + HGH to see if it works that way

Wouldn't you say it would be better for me if I went completely out with te?

You should completely out of trt and just continue with mot hmg and hcg, you are right!
No... Why would he go off trt when he has HCG and HMG on hand?
Going off will just make things worse.

There's two ways of working on fertility to come back:

1) staying on a healthy dose of testosterone (and DHTs can be helpful for sperm quality) and use HCG + HMG

2) go off completely and use Clomid

Thats it.

I'll drop my anecdote here:

6 months of HCG + HMG while on test (250mg/wk) - sperm count didn't budge. I was on for 10 years consecutively no HCG no HMG.
Got off of test; used enclomiphene 25mg per day + (HCG + HMG initially; yes i know doesn't "make sense")

Wife pregnant in 7 months. Sperm count to 63million per ml.

Would I have regained fertility without getting off test? Idk probably but I doubt it would have happened as fast.

There's so many reasons for why fertility needs a lot more time for some users than others. Most important and by reading your name is the use of 19-nor steroids like Tren or Nandrolone.
Was your hcg and hmg legit is another important factor.

Not saying I have any doubts about your story, but restoring fertility is a very highly individual task.

Yeah definitely. No nandrolone use for many years. Tren A use stopped 4 months prior to start of HCG + HMG. Certainly could have been metabolites hanging around.

Yes

I couldn’t agree more. That’s why I’m sharing my experience and detailed timeline of events.
