Currently on 75mg/week TRT. Going to start HCG cause we’re trying to get pregnant and I have low sperm count. Was think I’d dial back the TRT dose a bit while starting low dose HCG. Question is… what is a “low dose” for HCG?

If your just winging it, start at 100iu EOD for 4 weeks then recheck sperm count. Up it 100iu EOD for another 4 weeks and recheck sperm count. Keep going until you reach your goal. HCG will drastically increase your estrogen so make sure you check that also.

Sperm doc wants to put me on clomid to increase sperm count. I haven’t read good things about adding clomid to TRT for this purpose.
Should I just keep some anaztrazole on deck in case E2 spikes? Should I really be that concerned with only 100 iu eod?
I wouldn't be concerned at all with 100iu. I'd also target 200-400iu eod. You could easily start low and move up every week. Sperm count takes around two months to really start changing, so it's not something you can easily adjust as you go with a reasonable time frame.
If you look up studies on HCG, most are using between 1000 and 3000iu per week. If you haven't read them, I'd start there.

On a 100iu no. But most likely you will need to go up and you will need it then. If my memory serves me right the minimum dose needed is 325iu EOD. I use 300iu EOD and it brought my testicles back to full size in 5 weeks.

Did you see any estrogen side effects at 300 iu EOD? I’m super sensitive to gyno, always comes on easy. Had to get it removed last year and dread having to do that again.

I ran 500 iu twice a week. HCG had me shooting ropes! It was wild, especially when I started blasting twice in a row, lol. My GF at the time loved it. Thankfully she was on BC. Gyno takes more than just elevated estrogen to occur, but it’s always good practice to keep it in check.
I’m more curious how you’re only taking 75 mg a week of Test? What does that put your Test levels at? I haven’t run less than 140 mg.

At 500iu 2x/wk I can feel (untested) estrogen increase. This was within a few days though. If I was very sensitive like you, I'd start at 100eod, and bump it up every week until you get to at least 250eod. Many studies blast people with 5000iu HCG/wk. Here's a nice study to see where lower doses start to become effective.

If you are trying to regain fertility don't do low dose HCG. Do high dose. Something like 500 - 750 EOD. It's also smart to add in HMG. 1/2 life is shorter so EOD or ED is a good way to go.

There’s studies on 500iu every other day and it works well. Can most likely get away with 250iu EOD.
HMG is worth a consideration.

What if you don’t care about fertility or having small nuggets, but only want to increase E2 some? Would HCG be a good way?

No. but it did raise my estrogen a lot. The only time I have ever felt side effects from estrogen was when it was like at 10.
This is how and why I use HCG. To increase E2.

So 100 iu EOD? My E2 is naturally around 24-26 but Primo knocked it down to around 10. I’d like to see how I feel getting it up to 40 pg/mL.

Sure, start at 100iu EOD and check E2 in 4 weeks. If still not high enough bump up by another 100iu. Rinse and repeat until you reach your target E2.
