Desperate for help in cutting

I feel ya..... I cut for so long to get as much fat gone as I could and my shbg went up and available test dropped. I too carry my fat in the belly and chest no where else. It is a bit of a mind fuck but if you take it from someone in a similar situation you need to bulk first. I've been bulking 10 weeks now up from 186 to 198 now and planning to continue for the next 15 weeks. Then will work on my cut
But why wouldn’t we kill all our fat and then do a slow long clean bulk after ?

Well for fucks sake man, test at 600mg and a diet should be shredding the fat off. Please listen to some of the experienced members here and do a clean bulk for a while. Then cut later. I'll go ahead and say "your welcome" now because in 6 months you will be thanking all of us. We have all been In this same situation brother. Hell, I think I'm in the same situation right now at 6'2" 235lbs 15% bodyfat. No matter how much I cut I cant drop weight, the scale stays at 235. I'll be switching to clean bulk soon then cutting to 12% next time. Just like you.
 
Now on a refeed day do you eat clean or just a full out day of cheat meals

It really depends but I wouldn't do a full day of junk food by any means. Maybe one meal that's a little bit of a cheat but mostly high carbs to get a metabolic response.

Because in a caloric reduction you you will lose some muscle. Prolonged your shbg will increase and start killing your testosterone levels. Not to mention your body adapts as well you need to continually cut cals as the weight comes off to keep in a caloric deficit at your new lower weight. You burn more cals with more muscle. You will do what your going to do, it took me some deep thought to change my mind and I am so glad I did.

Really so you have the same issue where your scale just stays at the same damn number for long periods of time ? I just don’t understand why this is thiugh, there’s no way I’m losing a pound of fat and gaining a pound of muscle in a perfect 1:1 ratio to where my weight doesn’t move

What’s interesting to me is although I’ve been on such a low calorie diet these past 4 months and have lost 35 pounds I’ve also noticed decent gains in muscle mass. I’m not 190 pure fat my arms chest and shoulders certainly show more muscle than before
 
You've halted your metabolism, it's time to raise calories for a bit. It's not always about how much we can take away, that can screw you sometimes

Yes, but only while on cycle. Since your on 600mg test you will have the same issue, you will lose a pound of fat but gain a pound of muscle/bone/tendons/water so the scale stays the same. It's a mind trip but every month you look better in the mirror and that's all that matters.
 
Something just doesn’t add up. You have a very physically demanding job and you train intensely 4 days a week and you have a gut?!?!

Either your macros are off, your are drinking Booz during the week and your cheat day/meal is too long and or not properly designed. Perhaps you aren’t lean enough to deserve a cheat meal/day.

I started 4 months ago at 225 lbs at 5’8. That’s pretty heavy brotha . I’m proud I was able to get down to 190, I do have some muscle on me though I’ve always been a stocky kid, but no booze , avawrage cheat day nothing crazy and I think it’s just the fact that all my fat is literally on my gut and no where else

I don't know why you think I'm arguing with you at all? I was just curious why you said "wtf, that's clean to you" about pork and potatoes... Implying that it's a dirty food. Then you go on to do it again in your post above lol, by saying that pork and potatoes are a cheat meal to you... Which is completely absurd.

I didn't want to argue, just have a conversation... Unfortunately, I had no idea you would be such a whiney little bitch about it. Maybe it's low blood sugar... Maybe a cheat meal is in order for you? Have a potato... Maybe even a diet Coke if you want to REALLY go crazy.
