Be careful! I ordered peptides from this site and they asked for a copy of my passport, claiming that the banks needed it. I refused to send a copy of my passport and DeusPower was fast in communications, very professional about it and refunded my money. This may be part of the payment issues they are talking about.
A Vendor asking for Copy of the Passport? Thats a major red flag.
Did they ask you this directly or your bank/their bank when making a payment through bank transfer?

When it comes to bank transfers - our bank occasionally ask for more information about the customer - in very rare occasion they can ask for ID document number but we would never ask you to send us copy of your passport - since that is personal information. If we asked you this, please message me personally with the name of the person who asked you this and screenshot of dialogue. We will fix the issue!
