I was complaining on this thread two weeks ago about my experience with Devon and his communication. Just wanted to clarify some things and give an update.
Long story short, there was a mix up with my order and a decently sized delay in getting my order shipped.
However, I truly feel Devon made it more than right with how he handled the situation after the fact. I was given $150 worth of product of my choosing, as well as entirely refunded my initial order cost. He was also honest about the mishap, when he could have blamed it on the shipping carrier.
Received all of my order yesterday and everything looked great. Although, I'm not of fan of the "cheap" vial caps. Their the kind where when you take over the cover it can bend or shear the metal flange. One thing to note as well, after opening some of the oral bags, I notice a couple pills were broke. Not a big deal to me, personally a few broken pills is to be expected.
Injected 1ml of their Test E 250mg/ml to my quad yesterday, and haven't had any PIP. Which I'm stoked about. I used Test E 500mg/ml (from a different vender) twice while I was awaiting this order from Devon lol, and had excruciating pain that lasted almost a week. In hindsight, this definitely affected my irritability and patience with the shipping mishap.
One more thing to note, I noticed when air was pushed through the Test E 250mg/ml oil, bubbles would pool in the fluid towards the top. Rather than float to the top and escape the oil. Not sure if there's any meaning in that, but it was something I noticed that was distinctly different from any other Test I've used. I'm not an expert on this stuff, but to mean it almost seems as if the vial is pressurized or sealed maybe. Granted this was only noticed on one of the vials I received.
Will be posting bloodwork in a few weeks.
TLDR: Overall I'm happy with Devons customer service and products look great. No PIP on Test E 250mg/ml.
TIMELINE:
12/25 - I placed an order through their website.
12/27 - I was told it was dropped off at USPS drop box.
12/30 - I was told I'd receive another one of my orders for free, if the tracking was not updated by tomorrow.
1/1 - Devon had reached out to let me know there was an accident and my package had never left their hands. He offered me $150 worth of product of my choosing for their mistake.
1/3 - I reached back out because my order STILL had not been shipped. Devon offered me a full refund and told me he'd still ship my order + the free $150 worth of product.
1/6 - USPS had finally updated that they had my package.
1/8 - order received!
