Dfht Unloading

I'm sure AnimalMass and many of you have some great input for the following question.....

I've done the DFHT through a 10 week cycle before and I have started doing it again at about 3 weeks ago. when I did it before, most of my trouble came from the unloading phase/week(s). I'm thinking that next week will probably need to be my unloading week.
So here is my question. On a few lifts, I have had trouble deciding what weight to use. No matter what I have tried it doesn't seem right. So, if I'm squating 5x5 at 430 (w/o wraps) now, about what should I be doing for the unloading? The first time I did DFHT, I was probably in the 405 range and backed up to 370 or so, but I don't think that was enough of a drop (or I could be wrong?). Just some estimates, or a better understanding of the unloading scheme would be very helpful guys. Thanks.
