+\-.01 cause my scale only goes to that. If i had a more precise scale it would be. More precise.
It is 10 mg. But its fine for me cause i dont mind for dbol or winny that bit.
One problem with that way of doing it is once you've used up a certain amount of the 1g of powder originally put on the scale, you're going to have too little weight to meet what's known in compounding as the least or minimum weighable quantity for your scales & your acceptable range of accuracy. Once you go below that, weighing accuracy could go out the window.
Eg, If your scales have a 10mg level of accuracy (0.01g), you'd need to keep at least 100mg on the scale at all times to get 10% accuracy (10mg divided by 0.1%). For 5% accuracy, it'd jump to 200mg's needed on the scale (10 divided by 0.05). How much accuracy you're going to lose below that minimum weighable quantity level (eg 100mg or 200mg), I don't know mate. Depending on your scales specs / quality, it could decrease exponentially for all I know, so it might be worth adding more powder to the scales at the start.
So, say for example you're wanting to cap 1g of powder - put 2g on the scale & capping 1g using the same method you used before, but with the extra (unwanted) 1g of powder there just to keep you well above the minimum weighable quantity level from start to finish.
Would be a really easy way of keeping things a bit more accurate too. Depends how anal you are though mate.
