I’ve run DHB at doses of 300–400mg across five different cycles. It’s a very versatile compound — works great for both bulking and cutting. It’s excellent for strength gains, gives noticeable vascularity, and is overall a dry compound, yet it doesn’t make you look flat. It doesn’t raise estrogen or prolactin levels. In terms of sex drive, I didn’t notice any positive or negative effects. However, it does seem to slightly reduce appetite, but nothing too extreme.
As for PIP, I think it’s mostly overblown. I’ve used DHB from three different vendors and never experienced anything extreme in terms of post-injection pain.
When it comes to comparing it with Tren, especially in a cutting context, the difference is night and day — Tren is simply on another level for cutting. Overall, DHB is a solid anabolic, very versatile, effective in both bulking and cutting, and great for strength.
It’s also a DHT derivative, so if you’re prone to hair loss, that’s something to watch out for.
