2. **Pharmacokinetic characteristics**

- **Breakthrough in oral effectiveness**: Traditional 1-Testosterone is ineffective orally due to the first-pass effect (liver metabolism). Hepius uses **nano-microencapsulation technology** to encapsulate drug molecules, combined with enteric coating, to enable targeted release of the drug in the small intestine, and the bioavailability is increased to about 30-40% (about 80-90% for injection).

- **Half-life**: Cypionate ester chain extends the half-life to 8-10 days (10-12 days for injection), and tablets need to be taken daily to maintain a stable blood drug concentration.

- **Metabolic pathway**: Mainly metabolized to inactive products by liver CYP3A4 enzymes and excreted by the kidneys.

3. **Receptor mechanism**

- **High affinity for androgen receptor (AR)**: 1-Testosterone binds to AR more strongly than ordinary testosterone, activating anabolic signaling pathways (such as mTOR) in muscle cells, promoting protein synthesis and nitrogen retention.

- **Anti-glucocorticoid effect**: Inhibits the promoting effect of cortisol on muscle catabolism and reduces muscle loss after training.

an alt/ast of 300-400 is pretty bad from an injectable, damn.

Did you have any other symptoms from liver stress then your lowered appetite? when and at what doses did you notice these side effects?

Personal experience:

I've run DHB Cyp for 16 weeks, at 500mg DHB + 500mg Test.

People online say that DHB is "Tren-Lite", but I'd say "Super Primo" is more accurate.

It's entirely lean and dry, with exceptional strength gains. I experienced zero side effects.

I also never had PIP with it. My DHB was 100mg/mL in MCT with 2% BA, 20% BB.

I've run 1.0-1.2g Primo Ace/wk and I'd say that DHB is roughly x2.0-2.5 more potent mg-for-mg.

It's a great compound, but for me the issues are:

1. Concentration. 100mg/mL requires a lot of oil per week for decent doses.

2. Price and availability. It's a tad on the expensive side and not everyone carries it.

If anyone is planning on running Primo, I'd honestly recommend saving a bunch of money and using DHB instead.

That sounds pretty exotic. Did you cook that up yourself or is there a source selling that? What made you choose transdermal?

Where do you get DHB base raws?
Transdermals are very easy to make, but absorbtion is pretty low (20-30%) unless you're talking about DMSO which is another problem by itself and is something i'd like to avoid.

I havn't really seen any base raws except TRBE and TNE, Q didnt even sell them when raws were plentiful.

I’m a bitch when it comes to needles bro .. I’ve always ran transdermals and learn how to make it them from early 2000’s when during the Patrick Arnold golden era .. it was a great run when all the base powders were so easily available

I grabbed my DHB powder last year bro … I use Phlojel Ultra and Iron Legion Salvo … when you make it properly and keep the dosage low like 100mg/ml … no residue left over … you definitely absorb a lot more than 20-30% … DHB transdermal sounds a lot more of a smooth cycle without all that PIP craziness I hear about the injecting.. I’ve loved DHB since 1-AD/4-AD era So many insane PH’s were all about the 1-Test
