Dianabol,Sustanon,Deca Cycle No Gains

Yes i need to eat more carbs
but with training i don't think is connected
and not gain at all how is possible?
I don't think you NEED to eat more carbs.

I actually gain the most lean muscle when I only eat carbs during and post-workout. Any other time, I think they primarily turn into fat.

How many grams of protein are you eating a day? Break down an average workout for me.

380 - 420g protein per day

Tally up his list. He isn't - major part of the issue.
Agree on the large molecule carbs and bcaa.
That's why I keep carbs low until workout. Insulin sensitivity + carbs and BCAA's = solid workout and nutrient delivery.

If you're not eating enough to gain some fat, you're not eating enough to gain any muscle.

If you're weight stays the same, you are running maintenance cals.

You need to bump it up a minimum of 1500cals a week and adjust up or down if it's necessary.

You have wasted the cycle up to this point because you don't know how to eat.

Dbol doesn't always make you gain mass amounts of water. It depends on your diet. You can cut with dbol and look good if eating correctly.

What you have described says gear is good enough to gain. The only thing missing is weight gain which means not enough food.

Very nice, i firmly believe in keeping written food plan.
65g of fat is half of the low end of what you need. Seriously, you need 100g just for hormone production alone.
Time your carbs like @Wunderpus said.

Ok i got it i eat my carbs after my workout cos i go to gym in the morning at 7 a clock so when i wake up i drink just my protein and 20g of dextrose
after workout i drink another one shake protein and carbs and after 30min to 1 hour i start my food program

Depend less on shakes, and more on quality foods. Shakes are truly only beneficial post workout. They're absorbed quickly.

As branch warren said "If you want to build red meat, eat red meat."

Yea maybe you have right cos i cut more that i gain

I read somewhere that if you heat your gear a bit in hot water is not so painful you think that can spoil it?

You need to read up a bit on nutrition. Calories is what makes you gain weight, not counting water or glycogen etc right now. Like HDH said if you cannot gain fat bc your calories are too low you will not gain muscle either.

Carbs are not your enemy. 1g/lb bodyweight in protein, you're taking much more than this, is plenty to build muscle. Eat a ton of carbs as they're not filling and you can get more carbs in than either fat or protein. Carbs will also help your gym performance. Don't worry about carbs being stored as fat bc that does not happen much in humans unless your glycogen levels are maxed out and you're eating 700-900g of carbs for days on end. The body doesn't just always convert carbs to fat like the bodybuilding industry would have you believe.
