You need to read up a bit on nutrition. Calories is what makes you gain weight, not counting water or glycogen etc right now. Like HDH said if you cannot gain fat bc your calories are too low you will not gain muscle either.
Carbs are not your enemy. 1g/lb bodyweight in protein, you're taking much more than this, is plenty to build muscle. Eat a ton of carbs as they're not filling and you can get more carbs in than either fat or protein. Carbs will also help your gym performance. Don't worry about carbs being stored as fat bc that does not happen much in humans unless your glycogen levels are maxed out and you're eating 700-900g of carbs for days on end. The body doesn't just always convert carbs to fat like the bodybuilding industry would have you believe.
