You first contacted us (creating 4 support tickets in less than 40 minutes) on May 2 to claim that Paybis scammed you since you sent money to them and you didn't get Bitcoin immediately.
Less than 1 hour later, you placed an order using Bitcoin so we guess you finally not have been scammed by Paybis. Please keep in mind you enjoyed our 50% OFF promotion for this order, so you paid half the regular price.
You ordered products from 2 warehouses that means 2 packages have to be shipped separately.
By the way thank you again for your order!
We just discovered your tickets and orders at this time, so we apologies for not being always able to reply to all tickets in less than 1 hour.
We did our job and you got a tracking number for the 1st warehouse on May 3 (the day after you placed your order), and the 2nd one on May 4.
On May 6 you opened another ticket because the 2nd tracking was not updating and still looked like not shipped. And you were right since sometimes tracking are not properly updated or some warehouses could have issues in the shipping process. We immediately contacted the warehouse asking them to check this status. They replied that they will ask to the shipper and let us know or reship if any issue. Of course we informed you of that.
On May 7 you created a new ticket because you could not figure out how the 2nd shipping were not shipped yet, so we told you to please keep waiting.
On May 8 you got delivered for the first shipping, and we heard no complaint from you about this one.
Later, you explained us that you had many bad experiences with others sources so we kept explaining to you that we will do our best to solve the issue anyway.
May 8 and 9 were on weekend so even if we replied to you, not all companies have staff to look after an issue or check for a shipping issue when we asked them for updates.
On May 10 you asked us for a refund, but we cannot refund an order that has already been shipped, just because it is not fast enough. You told us you were scammed by us and our shipper but we kept going on working to get you delivered.
We never tried to use customs as an excuse but just used this example as one of the many traps that usually delay or make fail the shipping of such kind of products.
On May 12, you finally got a new tracking number since we decided to reship your order, for free of course.
So now we are waiting for this reship to be delivered to you, in the last chance if we cannot get you delivered we will refund you in your virtual wallet, and until we stop replying and trying to solve this issue, we do not see any kind of scam in all of this.
