Did you ever see some poor old bastard that can barely walk--like every step takes an eternity and looks painful as fuck and wonder if that's what you're in for? I saw this old dude take about 10 minutes to walk down his driveway to get to his car and then take another 10 just to get in and shut the door. I ask this question because it makes me wonder if after a lifetime of heavy lifting, I'll be as fucked up as that and probably worse. Lord I hope not. My grandfather was a big man and a bull at that; he absolutely loved to work. He had me doing work at his house when I was little when all my friends were out playing (which is probably why I have such a strong work ethic). But the poor guy could barely walk when he hit 67 or 68, and I would have to say that I "abuse" my body worse than he ever did! Oh well... I think I'm gonna slam the GH from age 50 till I die! That's my deep thought for the day
