Damn newbie here. Ran into this forum a couple of days ago debating if I wanted to try AAS. Thought I would buy some gear from the local guy and just start pinning. Didn't have a clue about PCTs Hcgs or anything else. Read on the toilet till my legs go numb read in bed till my eyes hurt. So much to take in. The more I read the more I wanna do and the more I wanna wait till I get in some more research.
37 years old lifting for over 20 and this is the first time I ever considered AAS.
5'7
212 13.9bf now but when I start training for my runs I stay around 190's for 3 to 5 months.
Lift 6 days of week starting a t 5am to 7 for the last 9 years.
Always been real strong just lately haven't had the energy I used to have. Could be age or my fight but either way I think AAS will put me back into things.

Welcome man. Well worth getting your head around various cycle options and PCT. Take your time and your increased knowledge will do you well in the long term

Welcome... A lot go good info here at MESO.... Prepare for more leg numbness and bloodshot computer eyes... With the occasional, "Bitch, plezzze" thrown in erry now an denn...

Welcome. Lots of good info to help you do things as safely as possible and to allow you to maintain your gains after a cycle if that is the route you choose.

Thanks guys. Looking towards a 12 week test only cycle. Maybe sustanol or test e aiming for about 500mg week. Wanting to gain 10 lbs but lowering bf to 10%. Just so much here to absorb.

I began in my early 30's. The only regret I have is I didn't start sooner.
Welcome.

I still read a lot.. not only bodybuilding.. It's good to read.
After reading for long enough, you start to see the bullshit from the truth,
and each read takes less time.

I got my first weight set when I was 13 and BB magazines then.
I started boxing at 15, didn't like getting punched in the face without
being able to tackle the other guy, so I went back to lifting.

I bought my first Self Help book about age 15 and started
reading about the Mind and Psychology .. Been studying both
pretty steady since...
Psychology brought my confidence.. possibly too high,
and I guess that's why I don't train so long, anymore..
Probably also why I am so cocky, with women.. they love it :-)

Welcome bro, You can put on some good size with a sust only cycle as your first cycle with proper pct.

Welcome. Should get some bloods done to see if your low T might be able to get on TRT(Testosterone Replacement Therapy)
