Hello everyone,
Been lifting for a long time and playing competitive sports for years. Suffered several injuries over the years, had a total of 6 joint surgeries. Currently just looking to lift and rebuild my body. Looking to build strength and ROM in shoulder and strengthen my knees again. Both acls have been blown out. Getting a bit older so looking to push my training a bit farther while preventing injury and increasing gains and overall health. Thanks for creating a community with such a great wealth of knowledge. Look forward to learning more and growing with the community.
