okay so i am a college student, 19 years old 6'4 now im 215 was 227 a month ago.......could i get any advice about how to lose 12 pounds. i eat pretty healthy already and workout with weights 3-4 times a week and cardio which is usually stationary bike 2-4 times a week maybe treadmill 1-2 times a week and basketball sometimes 1-3 times a week.....anything anyone??
breakfeast is usually a protein shake half water half milk and 3 egg whites....lunch is anything not too extreme in calories no more than 500cal and maybe 700cal dinner no more...i consume between 1500 and 2000 calories on a normal day maybe a day or two with over 2000cal
