Diet breaks

Hey guys I think I hit a wall here. I lost 40lb but can't get down another 10 lbs .I also now feel exhausted and hungry ASF. I don't want to over eat and completely fall off but eat some high calorie foods for just a week or so . How can I find my maintenance or a surplus without gaining weight or fat?

Add ten percent to your diet. Weigh yourself after a week. Adjust as necessary.

You're only on 1800 calories, right?

Up the 'Triz' dose to drop further, or keep it the same, eat as many calories as you want, and appetite suppression will soon return to push you back toward the weight you've plateaued at. There's usually no more than a +/- 2.5% weight variation range at the same dose.

Yea and last night I ate my usual clean meal for dinner and all the sudden after a hr I felt like I didn't eat in days and ate every thing in sight all junk

If you're still taking the same dose of Tirz, your capacity to do that will be short lived and self limiting.

No one who achieved significant weight loss using pharma GLPs, and hit the inevitable plateau, stayed on the same dose and had weight reverse course in any of multi-year follow up clinical trials.

If you lost the last few pounds by willpowering your way to it despite a raging appetite, that progress may be lost, as it is in the vast majority of conventional diets. But the loss you achieved by GLP induced appetite reduction is durable, and if you start to regain weight, appetite suppression will return. If you continue to consume surplus calories despite the diminished appetite, side effects will also return to punish you for it.

Like I said though, if you have 10 more pounds to go, and appetite has returned, you'll need a higher dose for appetite suppression to return and take the pressure off. Probably one more level up is all that's required for 10lbs.

So I should double the dose ?

How is it possible someone who isn't lean is able to feel extreme hunger or binge?

Are some people simply non-responders?

This is assuming OP is a bodybuilder hobbyist who didn't start off fat.

No brother I was fat weighed 220 I started taking Triz Nov at 5mg and 150mg of test weekly ate very clean and worked out 5 sometimes 6 days a week I now weigh 180. I'm lean but not six pack lean

Bad idea.

You know what got you fat.

You know what makes you lean.

But I just want to go back to the old ways for a week . . .

What would you tell an alcoholic or a heroin addict who was struggling and just wanted to go back to the old ways for a week.

I have cut down to nothing between my muscle and skin, and I never took a week of eating like a fat boy. Why would I? That is completely antithetical to my goals.

I did do one cheat meal three weeks out, but not because I was stalled. I was burning calories like a furnace and I wanted to slow down because I knew the contest was still three weeks away, so I went to Five Guys for one single meal, and then I adjusted my carbs up and cut back on my cardio just enough to get me where I wanted to be on show day on schedule.

You've been at 5mg for 6 months, had excellent response, and surprised that you hit the limit of appetite suppression at that dose?

The next dose level is 7.5mg not double.

Cardio on the treadmill 40 min walking incline and also weight training
Frequency every day, every other day, five days a week, heart rate? Do you know the calorie burn?

Weight training - is this intense, like bodybuilding? (Sorry man, to ask so much if you posted all this elsewhere)
