Diet/cycle/training need help from my brothas.

What's up family. I'm currently in my 4th week of my 4th cycle. I'm running 300 mg test e and 700 mg tren ace per week. I'm going to continue this for another 6 to 8 weeks. My diet, training, and cardio has been freestyle for the last year due to working 2 jobs and staying involved in my AA program, and I feel like my progress has taken a toll due to that. I'm mainly doing this log to stay accountable, and keep my diet and training on point. I'm starting my cut today. I'm going to count calories and macros, and keep track of my weight loss. I'm gonna start at 3000 calories. 300 g protein, 300 g carbs, and about 67 g of fat. I'm doing some research, and putting together a training split now. I'll post it later today. Any input on diet and training is welcome.
 
Here is a couple pics of where I'm at now. I'm 6ft tall 230 lbs, and somewhere between 16 and 20% bf. My goal is to get down to about 10 to 12% bf in the next 8 weeks, and maintain as much mass as possible. I use to be really fat when I was younger, got on crystal meth and heroin when I was 17 and lost a ton of weight really quick, and now I have some issues with loose skin on my stomach. It's extremely frustrating, but hopefully it'll shape up a bit around 10% bf. I'm 27 now and been clean and training hard for the past 3.5 years.

Alright so I decided to do fst 7 type training. My split will be arms, legs, chest, back, shoulder/dead lifts. So five days on, rest day, then repeat. I'll throw in 3 ab sessions spread out through the week. I'm going to start with 4 30 minute cardio sessions per week, and bump up as needed. Yesterday morning I did 30 minutes of Hitt cardio on the elyptical, the last night I trained arms.
Skull crushers: 4 sets of 10
Close grip bench: 4 sets of 12
Db kickbacks : 3 sets of 12
BB curls: 4 sets of 10
DB sup curls: 4 sets of 8 to 10
Hammer curls: 3 sets of 8
V bar on cable : 7 sets of 10, 30 second rest between sets
Easy bar curl: 7 sets of 10, 30 second rest.
My arms were exploding.
 
Alright yesterday was leg day. I pinched a nerve in my lower back about 2 weeks ago and this was my first leg day since. Still experiencing a lot of pain.
Squats: 4 sets of 5 light weight. More of a deload.
One leg leg press. 5 sets of 10. This exercise felt good, didn't stress my back.
Seated calf raises: 5 sets of 15
Leg ext: 7 sets 12. Lots of burning
Lying leg curls: 7 sets of 10
Standing calf raises: 5 sets of 15
Tried some stiff leg deadlifts, but couldn't do them. This injury really sucks, but it's getting better. My leg day will change a lot once I'm healthy. Didn't do my cardio yesterday, and cheated on my diet. I also quit smoking Monday. Today is chest day and 30 minutes of cardio.
 
Alright hit chest this evening. Was feeling a little lethargic, but felt good once I got going. 100mg of BD'S liquid Anadrol pre workout. Been doing that for 2 weeks. The shoulder pumps were killing me.
Started with bp warm ups.
BP: 4 sets of 10 drop set at end
Inc db press: 4 sets 10 to 12
Db flys: 3 sets of 12
Machine press 3 sets to failure, drop set on last set, dropped 3 times
Dipps: 3 sets 12, 10, 8 very little rest bt
Peck deck: 7 sets of 12 shit was burning!
Diet was a little off. Ate a big roast pork sub, then oatmeal and cottage cheese with peanut butter.
Bad news today. 21 year old guy from the halfway house I work at overdosed and passed away today. It's got me a little shaken up. Working in the recovery field can be very rewarding and also very painful. Anyone reading this please send out a prayer for this kids family.
 
Back day. Had a great fucking workout. The tren and Anadrol was in full effect.
Lat pull down: 5 sets of 10 drop set on last set. 3 drops
Wide grip horizontal pull: 4 sets of 10
DB rows: 4 sets of 12
Close grip pull down: 4 sets of 10
Close grip horizontal row: 4 sets 8 to 10 drop set at the end

Hammer grip row: 7 sets of 12 burn out
 
Today is a very special day. I was made a well known member this morning, and I couldn't be happier. I've learned so much from the vets here, and I promise to do my best to contribute to this forum. I hit shoulders today. Took 100 mg of Anadrol pre workout along with 12.5 mg of ephedrine hcl mainly because I've been exhausted from work.
Today was deads and shoulders. Back is still hurt so DL was really a deload.
DL: 4 sets of 5, light weight supper controled, just tryingto let my lower back heal
Seated db MP: 5 sets 10 to 12
Db raises for traps: 4 sets of 10 to 12
Machine 1 arm shoulder press 4 sets of 12 to 15 this felt great
Db shrugs 90s: 4 sets of 10
Superset Lat raises, wide grip bb raises for rear delta 3 sets 8 to 12 shit was burning
Facepulls: 7 sets of 15 trying to bring up my rear delts. I got dial my diet back in today. Got some lean beef burgers in the oven.
 
Alright hit cardio and abs today. 30 minutes of hitt cardio on the elyptical.
5 sets of knee raises on decline bench 12 to 15 reps
Db side bends fo obliques, don't really know what they're called. 90 lb db
5 sets 10 to 12
Sit ups on decline bench with 25 lb db
4 sets 12 really slow and controlled.
Cable crunches 7 sets of 15
Decided to end my ab workout with fst 7
Did 10 minutes on the treadmill after abs. Tried jogging, but the tren doesn't like jogging, so I walked uphill.
Haven't started tracking macros yet. Just trying to eat less right now.
 
Alright so I got called in and had to work aa 16 hour shift. My jobs pretty laid back, but the lack of sleep killed me. Got off at 430 and went and did arms and cardio. Did cardio first, I usually never do this, but I was dreading it. 30 minutes on elyptical hitt.
Arms:
Close grip bench: 5 sets of 10 to 12
BB curls: 5 sets 10 to 12
Skull crushers: 4 sets of 10 heavy, nice and slow
Hammer curls: 4 sets of 10 heavy and slow
Rope for triceps: 7 sets of 12

Short workout. Sleep deprivation was killing me. I took Anadrol 100 mg and ephedrine 12.5 mg pre workout.
Pumps were killer. Eating Chinese food now and crashing.
 
Last couple days I've just been doing cardio and abs. Schedule got a little screwed up. Just dealing with a lot of stress, got a promotion at work, but there is a lot I have to do before I switch over. I'm gonna go hit legs today. I'll log later, my back is feeling a lot better.
 
Did I light leg day. Back is almost completely healed. I'm ready to start killing legs again, next week I should be gtg

Did my last shot of tren today, I'm waiting on a pack with some more. Hopefully tomorrow or Saturday at the latest, i don't want to have to rebuild up the tren in my system. My pack should have already came in, but I guess it got shipped a couple days late. I'm gonna continue the Adrol for another week. Thinking about picking up some mast or npp to throw in.
 
Alright so my pack of tren ace came in today. I was getting nervous. I've been running BD test and tren, but I placed a small order with massbuilderpharma from SF to finish off my cycle. I pinned 100mg today. I've heard good reviews, hopefully it's good tren.
Hit chest this evening. Good workout, feeling really strong. 100 mg Adrol preworkout.

Did a little ab work between sets. I was in a big hurry. My schedule is still crazy. I worked almost 70 hours this week. Bout to lay in the sun for an hour. It helps with the little bit of shoulder and chest acne I got. I got a roast pork sub to eat for dinner and cottage cheese for my snack with nuts and berries.
 
Quick back day. Had a meeting for work this morning, start my new position next week. Big pay increase, better hour. I'm super excited. I'm gonna be doing admissions for the treatment center I've worked at for the last 2 years. It'll be nice to have a somewhat normal schedule again.

Tren has me ready to go at all times. I probably would have ate her bloody pussy of she would have let me.
 
I've had some issues with my lower back that screwed up my deads and squats, but my bench has went way up. I can get 245 for an easy 10 reps, and 315 for 3 rep. Before I was hitting 245 for 6, and 315 for 1 on a good day. My back is healed now and I'm easing back on my leg days. Before I was injured I was deadlifting 405 for 3 and squat 315 for 5. I'm looking into joining this powerlifting and strength training gym in my area. I want to get into powerlifting and strength training with some good trainers.
