Diet/cycle/training need help from my brothas.

Guy you gonna look great once you hit 10% trust me it's sad losing mass but it's completely worth it. diet looks good now, but you could also try carb cycling. Made a tremendous difference for me. 2-3 days under 50g carbs then 1 day over 250. Then repeat. On the low carb days double fats!
 
Thanks @hotdog23. I've dropped a solid 7 pounds in the last few weeks and I can already see the difference in the mirror. I have some loose skin on my stomach which is really frustrating, but I'm just gonna stick to the plan and try to get my bf at least to 10%. My schedule is finally getting normal, so I'll be able to put more time into diet, meal prep and cardio. Carb cycling does sound really good, and gonna start playing with some stuff on paper. I focus way better when I write things out.
 
I'm 27, boosie and webbie are about 30 and they been making music since they were like 14. I grew up on it man. C loc, maxmunelli, Fox, mouse on da track, Gates, phat.
 
Today was deadlifts, shoulders, and traps.
Deadlift. 5 sets. Only went up to 315, still taking it easy on my lower back, but definitely healed up nice.
BB military press. 5 sets 10 to 12
Close grip bb row for traps. 4 sets of 12
Lateral raises. 4 sets of 15
Db shrugs. 4 sets of 15
Facepulls. Fst7
Did 20 minutes cardio after, and worked in some abs throughout workout. Definitely feeling strong, could have went heavy on deads, but I want to be fully healed. I'm leaning out a bit, down to 224 and getting very vascular.
 
Thanks bro. I'm trying to keep this diet in check and reap the rewards. It's been almost a year and a half since I've really put effort into dropping bf. I'm already starting to lean out, and it's motivating me to keep moving forward. I saw Boosie first concert after prison in the Cajun Dome. It looked like was on the juice compared to how he looked before prison.
 
So mbpharm tren ace I'd on a whole other level then bd. I switched over 4 days ago, that's 100 mg per day, and I'm winded sitting still 3 hours after my workout, and in my head bad. Getting very frustrated. I went in and did cardio and abs today. 30 minutes on the elyptical. I wasn't phased while doing cardio, but after was hell.
 
Got into a big argument with the owner of the company I work for this evening. It's about my promotion I'm getting. He's basically postponing it and I was libid. Tren is in full effect, I got to be careful because when I get angry I have no filter. I'm sweating like crazy, and I feel like a pit bull that just ate gun powder. I used that shit as fuel though. I had the most insane workout ever. I went in to do arms and I honestly can't even tell you what all I did. I was just in the zone and going with it. A lot of variations of curls, close grip bench, dipps, pull ups, abs. A little Lat work just forthe hell of it. This was hours after the workout, so I lost most of my pump. I'm at 224 right now, trying to just keep cutting fat.

Quick update. Took a couple days off during the week to visit my mom and sister and nephews. I'm currently 228lb. Mbp tren is killer, I'm no shill, but I'm definitely enjoying his product. Hit a 45 minute chest session yesterday, was feeling sluggish, but strong. Work's been insane, working my new position and training a guy for my old position so putting in crazy hours. Hit back today. Good workout. Felt sluggish at the beginning, but midway through felt great.
Lat pd. 5 sets of 10
BB row. 5 sets of 10
DB row. 4 sets of 12
Close grip sup pull down. 3 sets of 12
Close grip row. 4 sets 12 to 15
Hammer pull down. Fst7 10 rep
Did a little bit of ab work at the end. I'll just be happy in about a week when all the work caiaus is over, and I can put more time into the gym and kitchen.
